Finally leaving a review after 4 different visits that left me feeling like they don’t pay any attention to what they’re doing at night. Each visit nacho sauce cups are upside down in the poorly crammed cantina box with the lids not on all the way making a huge mess, no napkins and legitimately each time being asked which hot sauce I’d like only for there to be NONE. No cantina guacamole sauce either, and food looks like it was crammed into the box by a 3 year old. This is getting ridiculous.
Attitude in the drive through. No hello or welcome or thank you. Just standoffish. I asked for extra mild and got told it's in there look. So I look and no not enough for 12 taco pack. You would have thought I was asking for the moon. She, miss Attitude, gave me 4 more. I said thank you. Guess I thanked her for her eye roll. 12 supreme = 30$ these days. 4 of the 12 missing tomatoes. I'm officially done.
Javier was awesome! The quality of service is great. We had a large order and they handled it well and got everything right. We dined in and it was very clean. Javier brought our food to us also! We didn't even have to get up.Food: 5/5
We ordered on the app. It was 9:52 PM. We were told that they were out of beans and we are vegetarian. Since we ordered on the app and wanted to cancel we were told that if we wanted to cancel and a refund we had to do that through the app. The lady at the window had 0 customer service and this is not the first time someone lacks customer service at this location. Sucks since this is the closest location to my house. I will take my business to another location.
This location has great potential! The lobby was clean and tidy. I observed an employee cleaning the lobby while I was at the restaurant. I ordered via the self service kiosk. I ordered the Classic Combo $5.00, Large Pepsi® Zero Sugar, 1 Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, 1 Crunchy Taco, & 1 Cinnamon Twists. The gentleman handing out the orders was very confused. He couldn't remember who the order belonged to. When I asked for my drink cup, he was oh, a medium! I ordered the large. Before I could correct him, he quickly left. The food quality was Taco Bell quality. My meal was hot and fresh! I would still recommend this location to anyone wanting a great meal at a great price! Parking: Ample parking for this restaurant.
This was the 3rd time I went to this location and the doors were locked. The drive thru was open but the employees just looked at me like I was a damn alien as I was flagging them down to asked why the doors were locked. No one came to the door, the just looked at me with a blank look on their face. We went to Arby's across the street, great service and great food. Don't waste your time with bad food and even worse service.
this location is very HIT OR MISS… usually it’s not too bad, my order is never incorrect. But this recent pickup, the tortillas weren’t grilled enough/tasted stale.. had to toss my entire burrito.Food: 3/5
It's just like any other one. Only difference is they literally don't get anything right. Lowkey happy AI is gonna replace this type of quick food soon. I can understand messing up once, twice, or even three times. BUT ITS EVERY TIME UPDATE: I TRIED THEM ONE LAST TIME AND GOT FOOD POISONING. THIS HAS MADE ME QUIT EATING TACO BELL FOR GOOD
"Open" signs were lit, drive thru menu was lit.... But it was closed. Wasted several minutes of my time along with 3 other cars I saw pulling through the drivethru behind me.
Very acceptable when it comes to timing, patience and customer service. Doors are open during business hours and very clean in side as well as out side. Great job here at this location. Definitely a high five Food: 5/5
