I arrived at Taco Bell and decided to go inside and order.. I put my order in at 5:39 . I ordered a Enchirito and Taco fries . It was my first time having the taco fries.. so when I got them I was really surprised there were only like seven or eight fries in the little box. . I said there's not even 10 fries in here she said ma'am I put all that would fit . I politely said back ma'am I don't think so. The male server took the the fries and the lady put more in it. She didn't seem too happy. My biggest mistake is I did not look in the bag and see what my Enchirito looked like . I have attached a picture. My order was not completed until 5:58 .
The number of times the f word was used while we waited for our food made me sick. The bathroom was disgusting but I let that slide because we are traveling and presumed they were short staffed. The lack of any sense of professionalism made me ill. Do better people. There were children present. That shouldn’t matter but definitely added to the disappointment. Do better for yourself.
Ordered a nacho bell grande it had burnt stale chips in a pool of nacho cheese complete garbage. Don’t recommend this location!
Since we are in the computer age it’s surprising that workers at Taco Bell at 83rd and Wornell can’t do this simple task that other restaurants do without complaints. I drove thru Taco Bell’s drive thru and I placed an order for my mother and that went well. I was the only car in line. When I got to the window I decided to add a few more tacos to the order and so I asked the cashier could I add two more tacos to the order, she informed me that she couldn’t add those items to my order now I have been to several drive thru restaurants and there has not been a problem adding items once at the window. And the thing that got me I waited for like ten minutes to get my order I would think that’s enough time to figure it out so just a suggestion to management to better train your employees so that they are better equipped to add extra to the order it’s more profit for you guys and the cashier was very rude it’s like she took pride in saying that she couldn’t add on and after ten minutes of waiting on my order I asked for sauces at the intercom but when I got my order it wasn’t any,so my advice to everyone going thru a drive thru or carry out definitely check your order because these restaurants have gotten bad about not filling your order correctly. To stop and look thru your order for a few seconds is better than getting home and see that your order was not filled correctly.Thank you for listening to my concerns.
definitely don’t recommend this Taco Bell if you don’t want something specific on your food. i have come here countless times and asked for “no sour cream” and i get sour cream on my food every time. customer service is okay though.
Son wanted Taco Bell badly and it was a big disappointment. While the drive through attendees were nice, there was barely any filling in tacos and chips, they were out of items we wanted, and it was expensive! Not going back to this location any time soon.
The absolute slowest “fast” food I’ve been to. Live close and I’ve been to this location many times and and taken almost an hour every time. They have the worst management of any fast food in the area.
There's a lady working here who makes going through the drive thru, and ordering fun, which is weird to say but she does! The food is always good imo, and I enjoy the service as well!Food: 5/5
Ridiculously slow service. Multiple staff members standing around doing nothing. Baja blast. Freeze machine is always conveniently broken. Something missing from the order almost every time..
By the time you wait in line for 5ever, order, pay, give back the wrong food and wait for the right food, you could've just gone to the taco bell on 103rd and state line, or the McDonald's across the street, and you'd be home already. I've lived in waldo for 10 years and I've never gotten correct food in under 20 minutes here.
