I've had 2 bad kiosk experiences in my last 2 Taco Bell visits. The first time, I walked out. This time, I toughed it out and spent a lot of extra time clicking through needless menus. What I wanted was a #3 combo, but had to wade through maybe 8 or 9 needless screens before I could place the order. This was NOT a time-saver. Among the needless kiosk menu items were choice and number of sauces, which I had to grab anyway, and my choice of drink, which I also had to fill myself. There were a few more menus with options I didn't need, I assume trying to upsell me. That's fine, but give me the option to choose those menus, not make me read them to see if there's something pertinent to my order which there wasn't in every case. Placing/paying-for the order apparently required an additional screen, too. Next, there was no option for a printed receipt. Only email or text - and Taco Bell does not need my personal info - or not receipt at all. Since I paid with a card there was no cash option I wanted a receipt. So now I have to get someone at the counter who doesn't want to deal with customers per the 'order at kiosk' sign at the counter. He was unable to provide a printed receipt. He couldn't find my order at all. I pointed out that had I been able to order at the counter in the first place, it would have saved both of us a lot of time. I estimate that my 4-5 minutes of kiosk and receipt-request time would have been accomplished in about 30 seconds at the counter. Is 4 or 5 minutes for one customer a long time? Ask a district manager who's concerned about efficiency! I also had to ask for my drink cup after the bag was placed on the counter. Not a big deal, but not a result of streamlining. I love the food, but I will not tolerate spending extra time to get it. Making it faster for the customer is a great idea, except the kiosks do NOT accomplish that, and today it took up a few minutes of the employee's time as well. Again, this should have been a 30-second MAX transaction. Next time I go to a Taco Bell with kiosk-only ordering, I will walk out. It probably won't be long before I stop walking in.
Order was made wrong 3 times wasn't cheap to feed 5 people and the throw in dessert offered wasn't cooked correctly I'll change if and when I revisit this one but seriously this store has had two times both times manager seemed like she didn't care about the job and both times employees were either yelled at and treated poorly or dismissed with attitude I am a customer service worker and the management in this place needs a revamp.
Every time I go to this Taco Bell they ALWAYS mess something up with my order. Today I politely asked for a lot of fire and diablo sauce and emphasized that I wanted several packets of each sauce. I was given 5 packets for a large order of food. This just occurred and it never fails that the woman working the window messes something up on my order. I also had to ask for my Sierra Mist as she would have forgot to give me that, too. Also, the Crunchwrap supreme ordered had barely any ground beef on it. This TB is always sub-par and I will no longer patron this location. I highly recommend everyone do the same if you prefer your order right and ground beef in the items that should contain ground beef.
I only had 30 minutes between meetings and there was no line in the drive-thru, so I popped in here. I ordered a chicken party nachos, no tomatoes, no jalapeños.l, and a lot of fire sauce. The nachos came out beef, with tomatoes. I went back through the drive-thru, now several cars deep, and told them. They "corrected" it with no issue. But this time they also left off the beans and barely put guacamole on them. See pics I had to ask again for "a lot of fire sauce" and they gave me a bag and said there was "a whole bunch" in there. There were 4 packets.

This taco bell is great! I eat lunch here a few times a week & never have any problems. The manager, Paula, is awesome & always on top of things.
Closing earlier during the weekend of Halloween is the dumbest thing ever. At least warn the huge line of people. I will continue to tell people to avoid this store. Post accurate hours or hire people that don’t tell a huge line of people to leave bc they don’t wanna work.
The lobby was closed. I know from past experience the lobby is never open. I asked why, the young woman that was sitting in her car said it was protocol. I don't understand, if you offer inside dining why would the lobby be closed. Do not advertise inside dining if there is no inside dining. I'm not sure if covid-19 has left everyone introverted but I'm finding this a lot in the Oklahoma City area.
i was picking up an order here and i got harassed by a homeless guy in the parking lot. i stood my ground on the matter and the homeless guy followed me into the store to confront me. i was once again standing my ground and the security guard inside wanted to kick me out as well when i am there for their business. it seemed the older gentleman security guard on september 27th about 6-7pm did not want to do his job and wanted me out as well just for not allowing a vagrant to harass me. regardless of his reasoning for why he wanted me out of there as well i will just avoid this place altogether.
