I love it here! It’s been a few months since I started coming to this location and I have not been disappointed once, My go to is taco supreme in soft tortilla, beer, chips & cheese, served fresh and quick, Shows on big screen are fun to watch, AC is keeping it real cool, So does the folks working here, very friendly, helpful, considerate, simply nice, thank you guys for great work ethics and being welcoming as you are, I like the vibe and cannot wait to try out more options off the menus, I am def a regular passenger here, Enjoy!

This place needs to be closed down. I don't have high expectations from a taco bell but jesus if there was a way to provide less stars, i would provide it. The people here are incompetent humans that I wouldn't trust with watching paint dry let alone have them in the kitchen and running a fast food branch. The food they put together was not put together at all, the bathroom doesn't have toilet paper. The floor of the whole restaurant is crazy sticky and dirty. On my way to the bathroom, a rat ran past from left to right in the corridor leading to the bathroom, this location is legitimately a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. Management needs to hire regular human beings as employees or corporate needs to shut this location down before this takes down Taco Bell and becomes a Netflix documentary. Can't tell you how disgusted I am of the people of this location and how poorly this location is run. It's almost sad.

It's hit or miss but when going inside on New Year's found the location to be smelly and dreary. It didn't feel clean and we ended up throwing away much of the food chips were stale + beans old so don't recommend the nachos, doritos tacos and fiesta potatoes were goodFood: 2/5

Well this TB was pretty cleanwent after 5pm and spacious staff friendly and helpful plus prepared my food fast.

Customer service is good and fast. You order through the kiosk than you wait for your order. The food is very good. I love the chaupas, burritos and tacos.

“DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY” I have been waited here for one hours for small order. I asked 4 times about my order number and she kept saying “I am working on your order” later I found that she lost my ticket and has been making for others who came lately. I didn’t get what I asked for and gave me worst burrito and taco. I swear, I had worst burrito and taco in my life. They have only one job & still...

Awesome place brand new good fast service hot food clean. Happy friendly staff.

Nyc was in the middle of a heatwave and they had no AC. They were still open and made their workers work in terrible conditions. With no ice, no soda machine and hot ovens and other heat producing cooking devices.

I went to this location and ordered a taco with chicken quesadilla everything was just overly salty. As soon as I bite into it the salt hit me. I end up dumping it in the garbage. Never again at this location.

Super annoyed, attached is my order of nachos, literally 9 chips. The worker said they were low on cheese she didn’t say anything about chips. Another sign that I don’t need to be eating here.
