Taco Bell

There’s a bit of a wait though it wasn’t that busy. It was pretty good overall. They have a kiosk for you to order if you wanna check out everything on the menu and customize your order as well.

This is one of the best Taco Bell’s in New York. The food is always hot and fresh, ready almost immediately after ordering, and the staff is super friendly and professional. Some people may judge me for not spending my taco Tuesdays at somewhere more authentic but they can all go to heck. This Taco Bell rocks!

My order took a bit longer than I would wish for, for the employee was seriously so nice and fun that I couldn’t even stress. She apologized several times and even told me all about the best salsa the yellow one. She exemplified Joy! If there were more fast food restaurant employees like her, the world would be a better place lol.

Let me begin by saying, I love Taco Bell. It's my favorite fast food place, bar none. This review comes from a place of love and wanting to see things improve. This particular location, I find to be problematic. Anytime I've gone to this Taco Bell, for some reason, I've ended up waiting 20-30 minutes. I've ordered using the app as well as the kiosks. I'm unsure why this issue recurs. The last time I was there, I ordered only 2 items, I was there 30 minutes. I watched customers that came in after me get served leave before I got my gordita and protein bowl. No explanation, no apology, I even asked if they had the order and they confirmed. Finally I got my bowl, and it was the wrong meat. I'm glad I checked before I left. Being that this happens regularly at this location, something needs to change.

went in to order at the register and nobody wanted to assist with an order. Had no choice to order on a screen. It’s very distasteful from any establishment to refuse to take an order directly from a customer that needs assistance. First and last time at this Taco Bell

This is the reason why nobody wants to work by the cashier when you ask for help this is what they do when you asked for them to kindly clean the table this is what's going on.Food: 3/5

I've ordered here since I was a teenager since before they moved locations to down the block. Im 24 now and they probably got my order wrong every single time I've ordered. If you want it fixed, you have to ask for it to be fixed and then check to make sure they actually fixed it because half the time they will do nothing, wait around then give it back to you.

I love Taco Bell, but I can only give this location 3 stars. For one thing, the outside sign was not lit, so I drove right past and had to turn around to go back. When I mentioned this to the crew inside, nobody seemed to care. Secondly, the fountain machine was out of Mango Brisk tea; and I had to wait until they switched out the concentrate keg. Finally, the amount of meat on my tacos was pathetic.

Waited for my order for 25 minutes and they told me it wasn’t ready. Another 20 minutes passed and they informed me they didn’t even get my order. Say in there for almost an hour waiting on two items and didn’t even try to resolve the issue.

the staff is really great! sometimes they get a lil backed up because they're always pumping out seamless orders on top of dining room line. I usually order ahead on the app then get there in 15 minutes it's usually just getting done then. foods always correct and delish thank u team <333
