When I visited this location it wasn't that busy. Tables encounters could use a little more attention to detail. Restaurant restroom is in need of maintenance. Unable to wash your hands and paper towel dispenser is empty. My food order came with cheese and the cheese was not even a quarter of the way full. I asked staff for more cheese & explain how it wasn't full or even 1/4 full and I was told I had to purchase cheese for $0.60 so I did so. Also it would be nice if staff could wipe down self-ordering station. If you look at the photos you will see how dirty both station are, condition of restroom, receipt for purchasing more cheese and the amount of cheese given. I wish I could give more stars but restaurant need to train that shift staff more on what to do when the restaurant is slow
Dirty place. I saw bugs in the women’s bathroom. The employees weren’t very friendly. I also ordered Cinnabon delights and they didn’t have any cinnamon on them at all see photo. I do not recommend this place. I definitely wont be going back.
I cannot stress this enough, the guy named Marvin at the drive thru window is absolutely amazing. He was so nice, funny, friendly and honestly is the best person to have at the window. His customer service skill is on a whole other level. He 100000% deserves a raise, will definitely come back just because of this man. Shoutout to you Marvin! Better give him a raise Taco Bell management!!!!!!!!
Food was good as usual but they just could not get our order right. No sour cream, they gave us sour cream. No beef only chicken tacos. Got a beef taco. Good grief. Not sure what's happening g with any of the fast food places. Just not getting orders right.

We got a 12 pack of crunchy tacos, 2 sodas, and the cinnamon crisps and everything tasted okay. The inability to order on my phone using a web browser instead of the app basically kills the convenience factor of fast food for me. If it weren't so late when we were getting food we should/would have gone elsewhere.
For the first time in a very long time, my custom order was correct! Seems like everywhere I go lately can't fill special orders. Very pleased and it was delicious. Oh, very polite staff to boot!!!
Protocol psh I spent $18.03 on hardshell Taco box August/22/2022 with little beef meat with that much money I would have been better ordering next door 2 McDonald's in the dollar menu..
The girl on drive thru at 9pm was rude AF. She didn't give me a receipt and literally threw everything in the bag right in front of us. Never coming back to this location ever again! Worst experience ever. Great Customer Service is a thing of the past.
Drive thru worker was the rudest of people I have dealt with at this location. They ran out of a drink I had ordered on the mobile app and I asked if there was a way to take the drink off the order she immediately got rude and told me there was nothing she could do so I said unfortunately the person didn't drink anything but that and she tried handing me the drinks they could make but when I did decide which drink I did want she started slamming the drink carrier and new drink around cuz it was wasting her time. She treated me as if I was just a nagging fly instead of the customer. If it wasn't for the manager who always makes sure everything is right and the convince of this location i would never stop there again. This is my first time in 3 months because of constant bad service from either front or drive-thru workers.
