Taco Bueno

The fountain drink dispenser was out of Pepsi and the orange drink ran some it out side the cup. The floor was sticky and needed to be mopped. The food was good and the employees were helpful and courteous. I love the food but please try to address the problems.

We received our order quickly in the drive-thru. The food was fresh and tasty although our muchaco's were primarily bean with very little meat. We had a fairly large order. We asked for pico and only received two cups. Otherwise everything was good. :-

We stopped in at about 9:00 P.M. on a Saturday night and the restaurant was out of beans for burritos, small taco shells, taco salad shells and several other items. The store was understaffed and the restrooms were dirty and had no paper towels. Other than the store mentioned deficiencies the staff were friendly and helpful as well as apologetic about being out of food. Corporate should review and shakeup the management.

The drive-thru speaker was out requiring me to order at their only window. After I ordered I waited at the window until my order was ready. Most drive thru, fast food places would have had me drive to another part of the parking lot, and they would have brought my order to there. Not a problem for me but the guy behind me... Waiting to order... Oh I'm just saying that's not the way I would have handled it. Oh yes the chips... Maybe the company should demand their employees sample all the food... No one had sampled those chips in sometime... Stale stale stale... Five little packages of stale chips,.. half a star.

Severely understaffed. Dirty floors and tables. I think we may have showed up during the lunch rush, however, the manager should have anticipated this. The cashier was courteous even though it was our first time there and we fudged up our order:. $22 for four is kind of steep for fast food if you ask me but they give you a lot and the food is good

Went there while traveling through OKC. No ice, no soap dispenser in the bathroom, no toilet paper. Got food poisoning, if there was no soap in the bathroom, I sincerely doubt employees are washing hands. Genuinely needs to be thoroughly inspected and closed down temporarily. Not to mention almost having my car broken into, the surrounding neighborhood was either homeless or sketchy. Food poisoning for 3 days and a waste of money.

Worst experience ever at drive thru. Sarah the assistant manager told me to f-off. If the owners read this you got big problems. The kid at the drive thru basically called me a racist. This started by me telling them they were slow. She was the only one there preparing food. Nobody inside and one car in front. 15 minutes for 3 items. One other tidbit, told me to go somewhere else if I didn’t like it.

The drive thru order taker was very rude, she greeted us then told us to hold up... We waited at the speaker for a good 5 minutes without being spoken to, so we pull forward and she has an attitude at the window! I understand if you hate your job but dont take it out on the customers. I myself am a department manager where i work at and there are some days i dont have any help its just me but i still give the best customer services. Idk her name but she needs to have a talk to her she has a tatto on her arm with words..

I usually rave about this location but I was disappointed. I got my order in the drive thru, checked my nachos because I requested guacamole on there. Checked the nachos, no guacamole, I had to wave someone over and told them. The girl looked at me like I was insane, she then goes to the manager who gets the smallest cup and puts a spoonful of guacamole in it. Seriously for the amount of money I spent at my visit I get a spoonful. Just ridiculous.

It's okay. They print coupons that come in Sunday papers coupon inserts on a regular basis that offer free food items, that require no additional purchase. That is one of the best deal Taco Bueno offers on a regular basis. The coupons generally include free bean burrito, free crispy taco, and one additional free food item. The additional food item could be any of the items on the menu. Taco Bueno will decide which item and print it on the coupon sheet with the other coupons.
