The bright side to this customer service experience was laya. She got everything right. From greeting me to making sure I was taken care of. My tacos were good and hot and delicious.. I tried the double crunch pizza and it was so good. It’s my first time that I’ve eaten at Taco Cabana. It had great customer service. The cashier persuaded me to try the double crunch pizza. The restaurant outstandingly clean. I will definitely go back to this Taco Cabana. It was just amazing. I asked for my food fresh and they gave me my food fresh. It was just perfect.
This is probably the worst TC I've ever been to. Beans were extremely bland, only one type of soda was available, dirty tables, poor service.Food: 1/5

Employees parked in the designated parking spots for pick up of online ordering. Food could have been fresher. Chips were dark and cold, but did give us a bag of lighter colored chips, still cold. The flautas were soggy, not crispy.Food: 2/5
This place was really dirty. It was empty so went we approached the counter a young lady came over and said 'what you want?'. We responded by stating we needed more time. She rolled her eyes and walked away. No one was in the restaurant so I'm not sure what was wrong. We determined what we wanted but the young lady standing maybe ten feet away wasn't coming back. The guy across the kitchen yelled out you all ready to order and with our yes response he told the cashier we were ready. She continued to stand there a finally decided to walk back over and led off with yeah. Once the food was ready she put it on the counter and pointed. I wish I could say the food made it worth it, but that simply made it worse. Needless to say we won't be returning.
I work overnight shifts, so I stopped at taco cabana to get something for later. I got a large quesadilla with a drink and chips and queso. I was running late so I rushed to work after I got the order. I finally got on break at 11, obviously taco cabana is now closed. I open the bag and was like huh this box is small plus there's no chips but that's fine, maybe they stacked the quesadilla on top of itself. I was dead wrong. They gave me ONE SINGLE TACOthat also barely had any meat in it. Now I'm stuck at work haven't eaten in 24 hours and I have one single taco to hold me over till I get put at 7am. The order total was 16 something. I've had order messed up before but not this bad. Now I'm left hungry for the rest of the night.
Drove up after breakfast menu was over; however, we were able to order food via drive thru from all day breakfast menu, which was good, but...dang, they barely put any food in the taco!!! A female flipping tortillas was wearing chanclas...YUCK!!! VERY UNSANITARY AND A HEALTH HAZARD!!!
Typical Taco Cabana- food was exactly as ordered and as expected. Staff was cordial. Location is not easy to get in and out of if you are unfamiliar with the area but pay attention to the signs and you'll be set.Food: 4/5
Cashier refused to give me my receipt from a refund and slammed the window in my face and said that she's the only manager there and I couldn't do anything about it. So basically she just took my money . I will make sure this location goes viral for her actions Btw I took a photo of her so you'll know who she is
