Please Taco John's, give the employee who works mainly overnights and works the window a raise. I usually see him around 3am shorter Caucasian male and he was working tonight during the rush from the FFD concert and he looked like he's been working his tail off. Everytime I have interactions with him it makes me want to come back to this location, because of his exemplary customer service skills. This guy deserves the best that you can offer him. He's a 10/10 employee, so thank you Taco John's guy for always making my night even when you guys get swamped like you did.
Apparently they weren’t accepting Door Dash orders and I was supposed to be refunded, but the worker was super chill and made it right. He gave me my order anyways and it was exactly as requested. These guys are legit. 10/10 recommend if you’re needing something quick.
It was good overall. The new quesadillas were ok but seemed lacking in fillings. The meat and potato burritos were nice and full for once and my wife's oles were really good. Much better than the location on 41st street for sure. Cindy at the counter was very nice and attentive as well. Good looking crew that worked well together.
Not sure I can vote on the atmosphere since I did the drive thru... The food and service at this location is really good. The staff is friendly and always have smiles on!Food: 5/5
Food is usually good. Have had my order wrong a few times. The drive through is also set up very poorly and very tight! The new inside is nice and very clean.
The manager Shawn was very disrespectful. On there menu the 6-pack and a pound was 10.99$ and they charged us 16$ I asked for a discount or something to compensate for the inconvenience and they said very rudely No. I will not be coming here again when I got my food the order was totally wrong made everything incorrect very poor customer service do not waste your time coming here.
For such an updated CLEAN seating area you can clearly see the area to which the food is being handled and prepared is indeed of some serious attention! Parking: Total of maybe 13 parking spots plus another 10 near by on the street with a 2 line drive thru with only one pickup window can clearly see they don't have the needs of the consumer in mind for a restraunt that seats 65+ but more of a money train if you consider WHERE do the employees park? Wheelchair accessibility: 2 handicapable parking spots and a ramp to the door
Drive thru order was very neat. Girl on the intercom was very friendly & polite.Food: 5/5
I got the 4 cheese quesadilla, steak, it was good although oddly tasted like bologna but that was ok , I like fried bologna. I would like to try it as cheese only on my next visit.
They are really rude when you go in any time they are very pushy and when I ordered food there was never a welcome and the guys was more worried about his cell phone then his job if I was the owner I would be firing every person that acted like that
