I had a wonderful experience in the NLP Practitioner training! Steph and Shay are world class trainers--they kept my attention, kept me motivated and I left the training empowered. Before the training I didn't think I would "get all the information." Steph and Shay's style of coaching made learning NLP practical and easy to understand and practice, in class and now at home. I received a breakthrough in my life and watched my classmates have breakthroughs and grow--IN CLASS!! I first made contact with The Tad James Company a few months ago after being recommended to do an NLP course by my boss and another associate to help my development in an area of golf and sports coaching which I am passionate about as well as helping how I operate and helping others in other areas of life. I was advised to take a course with this company. From first making contact with them I was made to feel very welcome by Mia and Marty who took the time to enquire for my reasons to be interested in the course, they spoke with passion and professionalism about it and I was eager to get started. Mia efficiently organised my enrolment in the 7 day Fastrak course and my pre-study material and both ensured that I had nay questions answered. The course itself should be life changing and if it’s not I’d happy to admit that it’s because I’ve not taken the required action myself. The trainer, Brad Greentree couldn’t have done any more to give us the tools requiredor indeed help us facilitate the tools we already have. The course was hugely interesting, engaging and inspiring and exceeded my expectations and I think those of my peers on the course. All of the NLP assistants were fantastic, sharing their knowledge which was again inspiring, I spent time mainly with Mia, Marty, Chloe, Chris, Julie, Callum and Caterina-all of whom helped me elevate my goals.The whole team-trainer, assistants and students came together really well to learn together for a very inspiring and educational week. I found it so useful that I signed up to do the master practitioner course next which I’m looking forward to. Even since finishing the course, Brad has followed up with more help and the company are happy to assist going forward. I have kept in touch with many of my fellow students who are applying their learnings brilliantly and i look forward to seeing their progress and I plan to keep in touch with the assistants who will continue to inspire me. World class training for everyone constantly seeking more from themselves and others. My experience with the Tad James co was far beyond what I expected. The content is clearly presented, there is plenty of practice/application during the training so you know what to do in the real world once completed and the team genuinely cares about your understanding and comprehension of all the materials and techniques. The trainers, Stephan & Shalee, were OUTSTANDING! They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. They clearly know their stuff & are happy to share it with you. I am very pleased with everything The Tad James Company offers. I have taken their NLP Practitioner, their NLP Master Practitioner, Time Line Therapy, Hypnosis and the Trainer's Training Courses. My results surpassed my expectations! They truly care about their students and are supportive even after their graduation from their courses. They mean what they say! The training was excellent. Stephan and Shay are excellent teachers who took the time to explain seemingly difficult concepts with ease. They were thorough, yet made the time pass quickly by being both witty and engaging. I left with a working ability to facilitate TLP, NLP and Hypnotherapy. Having recently graduated from the FasTrak NLP Practitioner Training, I am incredibly grateful for my experience thus far with the Tad James Company. I spent the better part of 2016 being trained in NLP, Time Line Therapy®, Hypnosis and NLP Coaching by the Tad James Company. I am now a Board Certified Trainer of NLP and on my way to becoming a Master Trainer! Only 11 months from walking into my NLP Practitioner Training with the TJC, I delivered my first 4 certification NLP Practitioner Training! When I arrived at my NLP Practitioner I was not sure what my ultimate purpose in being there was. I was full of internal conflict in a couple of areas of my life, meaning a part of me wanted to do one thing and another part of me wanted something totally different. In a 7 day training I identified the source of the internal conflicts, used NLP & Time Line Therapy® techniques, and resolved the conflicts and completely got free of the negative emotions from the past associated with the conflicts! I left my good corporate job, and immediately began coaching clients, and enrolled into the Master Practitioner Training. Shortly thereafter I decided that not only did I want to be able to give an individual a fish, I also wanted to be able to teach them how to fish, and I enrolled in and completed the NLP Trainer's Training. Attending the Fastrak NLP Practitioner Training last December has literally changed my life.
