Tad's Shaved Ice

I waited outside for 20 minutes when yall said ya open at 3 well now look at the time it’s 3:20 and yall still ain’t open I know yall are there I see your cars sitting in the parking lot in the designated tads employee parking. I’ve been waiting to have some tads since Saturday but I couldn’t because the weather did happen to not be good for tads but now it is and yall are open but you won’t open. #verysad #veryupset #openupinthere #justiceforme #notcooldog

Says it closes at 1030 online. Pull up, it's 8:50. There's a long line, probably like 10 people waiting. It turns 9pm and the girl working hands out the last shaved ice and then closes the window. We're all looking at each other like did they just close? A couple minutes later she opens the window and tells us sorry we're closed and closes the window. So rude. We were all in line before close time and we didn't get served. What a waste.

Friendly staff, they are very, very busy. They could use 3 people vs two working for them. Everyone needs to remember what its like working a summer job, be patient with them. They are working as fast as they can. The product is perfect for the hot weather.

Hours online says closes Fri at 10:30 pm. Store sign said 10 pm. We were looking at flavors and the person working didn’t say we are closing if you want to order. They said nothing and closed the blinds on us. We were there before 10 pm lose time.

Showed up at 8:10 because they website says they close at 9, so does the window sign. As we were reading the flavors they closed the blinds on us and let us stand there with no explanation until 1 girl came out and said they were closed and an had employee cut herself. So we got in the car to look for a new place to go… and 5 minutes later they opened the window and served another 2 guests. I’ve never left a negative review but this was straight up rude and unprofessional.

Honestly it says there open online then as soon as we got there it “wasn't open”, there was a girl that worked at Tadsoutside when we were pulling up but as soon as she saw us parking she RAN INSIDE AND CLOSED THE BLINDS. will NOT be returning, i honestly don't even want to bother trying there snow cones…

Not to impressed...very very slow service! They are not very generous with their flavored syrup's. They hand you a sticky cup they don't bother to wipe off or you have to ask for napkins It wasn't very clean either...they need to do something with payment and sidewalks.. Below is your welcoming pavement... They have running water needs someone to power wash! Looked really Gross! Won't go there again

I was craving shaved ice and am new to the area. Went there based on reviews and I'm IN LOVE. The prices are great for the quantity. I will definitely be back. I also like that they have such late hours. You never know when a craving will strike.

I love Tads but the last 2 times i have arrived at 9:15 pm and the website says 10:00 pm and the girls inside have said sorry were closed. Fix your hours then. Tonight the girls inside saw me and my friend and let us stand there for 5 minutes without letting us know even though the open sign was on. The sign on the window also says 9:30pm so you could update your hours to 9:00pm since that’s actually what time you close.

My husband has been trying to get me to go to Tad's for over 2 years, and I always resisted on the basis of not wanting a "Sno-Cone." Well, don't tell him this, but he was right. This shaved ice was a delightful treat and nothing like the snow cones of my childhood. I was impressed with the enormous amount of varieties and flavors to choose from, and it was fun to just sit in the car and chat with each other while we enjoyed our frozen treats. We will definitely be going back!
