Taeis Cleaners

I've been using Taeis Cleaners since I moved to the area two years ago. Even with several changes in management, I've always found them to do great work, with quick turnaround times for cleaning and alteration services. The new group running the place is extremely attentive and courteous! Happy to recommend them.

This place has gotten some bad reviews from 2 years ago, but the new manager Blanca is wonderful. She is friendly, efficient and prices are very reasonable. Great neighborhood dry cleaner.

I had two uniform shirts that were supposed to be tapered. First they charged for both the hem and the taper, and when I picked it up, it was clear they had been hemmed, but the taper was just a gesture. The taper and the original sewing were a centimeter apart, no where near what had been pinned. Complete waste of money.

I've been using them for five years. I've never had a problem with their cleaning. I've never used their tailor. But the staff have always been nice and friendly.

They charged me up front for repairs they never did. Came back three times to get the pants and they were either not ready or they bagged them without doing the repairs. AVOID.
