The customer service and results are incredible! Having a massage at Tai Chi Spa is highly recommended. Jack and Lilli will take great care of you.

The very first time I went, the owner did my massage and it was amazing. I specifically ask for him when I book my appointment but they always have someone else do it, and it's never as good. As a matter of fact, I had to talk myself into tipping during my last visit, because the massage was so bad

I used to be a regular. However I will never go again. During my massage, the woman left and another woman came in because they were busy. I understood, but when the original woman came back, the other woman, who was an amateur and not very good, got offended and accused me of discrimination. She was rude and disrespectful because I preferred the original woman. First of all, it's my money and I decide who gives the massage. Second, the younger woman had no excuse to talk to me that way. I told the owner. Not sure what will happen but I'm not going to find out. The service used to be good, but not anymore.
