Takahachi Bakery

Takahachi bakery has fresh pastry, salads, sandwiches and cakes. Both sweet and savory. One of my favorite things is to go sit in the back and watch them bake. It’s clean, fresh and delicious. The price is good for New York City.

Very nice bakery without the manhattan rush but fast Japanese precision; the buns with cream cheese and coconut were amazing! Sweet, spongy bread as the protagonist with a little cream cheese filled and on top and coconut flakes for a delicate coconut flavor. Definitely will return soon!

Japanese bakery, macha crepe is good. Terrific egg salad sandwich. Seating in the back. They also have coffee and tea drinks available. I think it's a good value relative to the quality.

The coffee was very good. However the ready to go food packages were cold - maybe they have a microwave/heater inside?

Authentic as it gets in New York. Amazing food quality, the savory and sweet are both delicious. Service is good and atmosphere is quaint. Perfect for a quick bite

I went to Japan in 2019 and these baked goods are on par with what I had over there. Not too sweet, excellent ingredients, absolutely delish. I highly recommend and would love to go again!
