This is my second visit to this establishment. I really enjoy the fact that I don’t have to get out of my car! I was immediately greeted with a complimentary cold bottle of water. So refreshing. The staff is very friendly and professional. I find this consistency as refreshing as the bottle of water! They are very knowledgeable about your car and it’s oil needs mine is of a particular brand that requires extra attention and I really appreciate the attention to the details. No, it isn’t a $60 or less oil change. But you can’t put a price on giving your car it’s life’s blood because this is an investment in a car that you want to keep for a long time. With prices the way they are, you want your engine to stay in peak condition for better gas mileage and an engine that will last years and years. If Josh and the rest of the staff keep up this excellent customer centric service, they will be THE place everyone will go to. I know that I have already made my choice. You won’t be disappointed!
I would absolutely not recommend this place ever. This evening I arrived there at 6:50 and they said they had already closed, which was not the case. Driving past at 7:15 the open sign still flashes and the manager’s car is still parked out back. I wonder, is it common practice to turn away paying customers? This is not the first issue that I have had. As a consistent patron I’ve had to deal with all kinds of issues. One time they left the skid plate off my car, another time it took them 2 hours to finish the oil change. This is the final straw and I will not be coming back! I understand, the claim on the front of your building is “Fastest oil change on the Planet!” Not the “Greatest” or “Best”. They used to have service with a smile, they used to have a great price, they used to give you a bottle of water, they used to be Fast. Now, they can’t even keep up with Pep Boys.
I stopped in on my way out of town for a “quick” oil change. There was nothing quick about the experience. I was there over an hour and a half and they proceeded to tell me the oil change I wanted was not good and to only do that one if it was “really all I could afford” they proceeded to tell me that only people who can’t afford the other oil changes would be the ones to get that one because it was such a low quality oil change. They finished up and told me I was good to go. I then started on my two hour drive which was quickly interrupted by a terrible noise that my car started making on the highway. Turned out to be the plastic cover that covers the entire bottom of the car that was falling off because the bolts that hold it to the car were not put back on properly. So there I was on the side of the road with my 3 year old waiting for a roadside service to come and help so that I did not do serious damage to my car. The cover was dragging in the front which was causing it to buckle up into the car which could have caused serious damage to my car. Luckily the roadside service was able to get it back up well enough to get me to my destination. Once I was there I then had to wait until the next day for a mechanic to open so they could properly fix the cover. I will never use another Take 5 again this was the worst oil change experience I have had.Service: Oil change
It was our first time getting our oil changed with them. There were literally 9 cars in line, I made sure to count, I thought we’d be there forever but they had us all out within 30 minutes. They were very friendly and fast. They live up to the name “take 5”Service: Oil change
I went to this location and I was blown away by the efficient and fun atmosphere. In and out quickly AND I know what to do for my vehicle the next time. Thank you to all the folks at Take 5!! Dillon and Taylor big thanks to you guys too!
We were the first to arrive here and a worker showed up, used his phone..we figured he was calling for a key carrier to get in. I saw a big banner that said to stay in the vehicle, so we played with our new GPS while we waited. This is our first time here and it was daylight savings time. They were about 15 min. late opening the doors..but when they did!!! All the garage doors opened and us along with two other vehicles that showed up were prompted to all pull forward. They were quick to check our tires, fill all the fluids and change the oil and air filter. They even checked all of our wipers too. One mechanic was fast showing up at the driver side window telling us everything they were doing and asking/answering questions. He was so happy, nice and very knowledgeable. They didn't put in the oil that my husband usually uses, but with the discounts they gave us and the online coupon, we didn't much care what oil they used. It was fast, the place was clean and everyone looked like they enjoyed what they were doing..awesome! So this is why you stay in the car, there's no time to get out! This is the place to go for an oil change!! Highly recommended!
I pulled in to get an oil change at the third bay due to cars already in line in bays one and two. I was never greeted but the next two cars that pulled in behind the two cars in bay one and two were greeted. Those other cars were pulled into the next available bays. I was finally greeted and asked if the other people had appointments and was told no. I was told that “they thought someone else greeted me and I would be next in line, is that clear?” They asked if it was a fleet account and I told them yes they expressed aggravation due to “additional paperwork” and billed the fleet card prior to performing any work. They recommended an air filter but now say they’re out of them and I asked them if they replace cabin air filters because mine was due to be changed and was informed they’re out of those too. It’s frustrating because it doesn’t seem like anyone is in charge to ensure a good flow of cars or the proper inventory for recommending filter replacements. However someone came up and expressed dissatisfaction with them not placing a traffic cone behind the vehicle.Service: Oil change
Great experience. They brought us water while we waited and didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs on us. Definitely using Take 5 again for my next oil change.

Waited in the bay for 20 minutes 20 minutes to get in while workers watched one guy doing oil changes. Finally just asked them to open door so I could leave.
