Take 5 Oil Change

My truck was running a little rough from towing boat so I am new to the area and decided to try these guys out. I was greeting as soon as I pulled up and got into services fast. All the guys where super helpful and even talked me onto getting a better oil for my truck .All the gentleman there where super nice and and a great spirit about them which was super refreshing around the holiday season and the price of oil changes these days! The manager even gave me some helpful hints on area and truck. My truck is running better than EVER due to recommended oil and I will continue to get my oil changed there from here on out. Thanks guys again for going above and beyond and even getting my daughter to laugh! I don't usually write reviews but thought these guys needed to know they where appreciated and provided great service for us . Happy new year to them all! They charged $100 for an oil change. Last one I got was only $80. Then they tried to get me to replace a windshield wiper and my cabin filter. Telling me the cabin filter is $50. Amazon 3 for $20. Trying to get more money out of me. Walmart has windshield wipers for much cheaper. Money hungry. Going else where for my oil changes for now on.

Got my oil changed here back on July 22, and they destroyed my oil filter housing. Whoever did my oil change force the filter on and striped the screw and now my car won't hold any oil. The only reason I found out is that I brought my car somewhere else and was informed of this incontinence DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I have used these guys a number of times and I Love this Take 5 for the excellent service. Staff was friendly the service was fast and they didn't try and sell me extras I don't need. Thank you for the honest dependable work guys. I won't go anywhere else!

Been using these guys for oil changes for years. Today I went in and they declined to change my oil because my oil filter housing was cracked showed me a picture and they didn't have that part in stock. The manager called some other Take 5's in the area who also did not have the part. He explained to me what the problem was and recommended where I should go to get the part. I got the part, based on his recommendation and when I came back to get my oil changed, the manager gave me a 50% discount and didn't charge extra to replace the part. I am so used to auto shops trying to take advantage of me, upselling their products and overcharging for services. My experience today showed me that there are still some good shops out there, run by ethical people, and this is one of them. They've got my business for life. Service: Oil change

Such a horrible experience with those guys they are rude and obnoxious to women I’ve Sat in my car for almost 20 minutes Without even being acknowledge no one ever came to say how may I help you or anything mind you there were only two cars in the shop and one lane was close so it wasn’t like they were busy I’ll never go to this one again!Service: Oil change

Didn't have the filter, oder the filter 2weeks after no filter and didn't know if the manager did ordered it or not so I call this a "F- " especially when you get charged $103 oil change bringing your own filter

DO NOT GO HERE. Stole from my wallet while they were supposedly trying to check my filter behind my glove box. I noticed immediately because I went to pay in cash.

Over the top impressed, once again. Customer service is always fantastic, but this time they saved me the cost of an oil change that wasn't needed. They showed me the oil was still clean and explained the oil I use protects longer than the standard 3000 miles. Then they topped off my fluids and checked tire pressure, all with a warm smile, of course! I won't go anywhere else.
