Takoda Green Roofing

Takoda Green did a phenomenal job handling my hail damage insurance claim. My situation was very complicated and involved a protracted dispute with my insurance company. Takoda stuck with us through thick and thin and we ultimately reached a successful conclusion. When it was time to begin the work, they moved quickly and the work was very high quality. Our experience with Takoda Green was excellent!

We chose to go with Takoda Green Roofing to replace our roof after the hail storm of late June 2017. This is a decision I would make again in the blink of en eye and will recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right by a company that cares. From the office staff, to the roofers, to the owner, everyone is very helpful, polite, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. As mentioned the storm was in June, but we waited until late October/early November to do the work because of some other things going on in our life. Takoda Green still worked with us the entire time and our insurance company to make sure everything was done right. I am not the kind of person to write a review, be it good or bad. Also I am pretty particular about my property. Takoda Green treated us so well and did such a great job that writing a review needed to be done. Again, I would recommend Takoda Green roofing to anyone who wants a local company that cares about their customers and does a great job. And no, I am not a paid spokesman, relative, or friend of the company or it's employees.

I have had a number of projects done by Takoda Green .Roofing: I was happy that they handled the insurance company because I did not have the time. The crew took care not to ruin my landscaping and all the work was done in an efficient manner. Bathroom: I had a small bathroom remodel that they did. It turned out great. Easy to work with when the new vanity I purchased had peeling paint. Janelle had the vanity returned, I bought a new one and had it installed. Basement: new lighting fixtures and new ceiling tiles. I was happy with the results. Deck: new paint. I wish I had had it done years ago. Janelle helped me pick out the new colors. It is now my favorite place to relax.

While I was waiting for closing on a house that I was buying, a hail storm happened and there was damage to the roof, awning and window sills. The previous owners hired this company for the repairs. The company did the roof before closing but until today 6 months after they have not replaced the window sills which were included on the insurance claim. I called them at least ten times and they kept giving me different answers every time. I waited this long to see if they will honor this commitment before I leave this a negative review. Bad customer service and work ethics. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

The customer service with Takodagreen is excellent. Jason personally came out and gave a quote. His team worked very hard to get the job done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend Takodagreen as your roofing company! -Susie

Recently our house needed some work on the roof to prevent water from leaking under the tiles and damaging our walls. They needed to lay down some material to protect from leaking. It took them weeks to get out here never coming when they said they would and not contacting us telling us they couldn't make it out those days. Before the work even started they said that they could do the roof from anywhere around $200-$500 depending on what needed to be done. Also, they said they could fix our porch and lay down some much needed concrete and replace some of the bricks and they said that would only be a little bit more ranging from now $600 to $800. They charged us $950 and didn't even do the porch. They were at our house for a maximum of 9 hours spread across a few days. Not only did they not have the common decency to show up when they say they will or follow up with us, but they also charged us at least double the amount to do the roof and didn't even finish the job they said they would do. If you decide to use these guys to do anything on your house I would come to a final dollar amount before the job is even started. There was no reason to do the job for that much and they got away with charging pretty much $100 per hour of work. We will never use this joke of a company again.

This company is SOOOO DISFUNCTIONAL. The roofers, themselves, ARE GREAT. But the ppl who run the company, ARE BOGUS! Me personally, plus others that I know, that went through this company. ALMOST GOT BAMBOOZLED, into paying more, for things they fixed, out of contract, without telling you. Than, trying to make you owe me, afterwards. They need SMARTER business owners/employees. If they want to keep getting paid. Would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. But, my enemies. Lol

Great people! Amazing work very happy with all my additions added on to my home. The crew was very friendly. Highly recommend this company will definitely contact them for future projects!
