I am very happy with the result of my tonsillectomy. And I am very happy the surgery was performed by Dr. Dagan. He is one of the nicest doctors I’ve been treated by. I felt like he really cared. And the receptionist Flavia was always friendly.

Dr. Tal Dagan is the maestro of all ENTs in New York. As a dedicated and devoted doctor and surgeon to all of his patients, he has vastly improved my breathing, and quality of life —since I was suffering from a deviated septum and chronic sinusitis for many years. Along with his expertise and unmatched skill, Dr. Dagan also has an extremely kind and attentive office staff who made the process extremely smooth along the way when scheduling and preparing my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Dagan, and will be referring him and his practice to anyone I know who is in need.

Beware of suspicious billing practices. I went here for a consultation/recommendation last year. I literally filled out a questionnaire and was handed a sheet of paper with their recommended MRI offices. Seemed like a quick painless visit until I received the bill. They had charged me for surgery! When confronted about it, the billing department shrugged it off and recommended I just pay the hundreds of dollars and that they would correct the bill. I obviously didn't do this, instead disputing the charges. I have reached out to the billing company multiple times, each time being told that the company will get back to me with a resolution. This was 7 months ago and still not a word....until the other day when I notice that they HAD JUST WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED MY CARD. The office itself may be fine but the billing is dangerously negligent.

One of the most life changing procedures. Dr Dagan is a miracle worker… can’t say enough good things and how I can breath again after all these years waiting to get it done.

Excellent doctor, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I ended up having zero complications after a much-needed tonsillectomy, with recovery going much better than anticipated. The staff at Dr. Dagan’s office are always so friendly and welcoming! They know their patient files inside out and are so knowledgeable on insurance coverage issues which is a huge boost to seamless care! Dr. Dagan is thorough, thoughtful and kind!
