Stopped in the Towson Mall store just to browse. Left with a shopping bag. Such a pleasant shopping experience. Staff was so nice and extremely helpful, but not overbearing. No matter how many people came in the store, they didn't forget about me.

The Talbots store in Towson Plaza is wonderful! No matter who is working they are all experts! Today Eleanor started my dressing room and helped me find a dress. Then Georgeanna, whom I know personally, waited on me for the rest of the time. All of the staff members have a great sense of style and help put outfits together. They can assess body types and discretely guide the customer to a more flattering style when one cut or style doesn't work. They are patient, kind, and respectful of budget constraints. Today I found several things I need and a very cute dress I know I'll enjoy! Thanks so much!

Classic clothes and quality. You can't beat Talbot's if you want lady-like garments. Beautiful stores and displays. Great associates too. Never pushy but helpful.

If you are TALL - 5'10" - 6'0", DON'T even bother going INTO this store for dress slacks!, They don't CARRY long lengths inside!. Nor do they carry very many larger sizes18-20 inside either. No wonder these retail stores are going out of business, they send everybody to the Internet to buy things, so WHY have a retail location???? Just convert to an ONLINE retailer.
