Poor customer service. Sales attendant with very bad attitude. Avoid coming to this store. Online customer service doesn’t help either. Lack of communication.

Tried to return intimate underwear items which I believe had a design flaw which showed up after I prewashed but did not wear. The supervisor rejected my request and kept on insisting the store policy of no returns on “worn”  items applied. After my repeated request, she dismissedly said I would receive a call from the manager, which did not happen. I am left with some funky looking underwear, from Haven a new line at Talbots and a bad taste for the way I was mistreated at Talbots Peachtree Battle Atlanta.

A couple of years ago, apparently before a change in management, this store was a friendly, pleasant to visit.  It is not anymore, however. I just returned an item that I had ordered but was too large for me. It was as if my presence was an inconvenience to the older woman who processed the return. I asked about jackets and was told the store would close in 5 minutes. I checked my watch; it was 6:48. I was out timely and before 7:00. When I told the younger sales associate I did not feel very welcome, she apologized and said she was giving me space to look around. She did not set the mood of the store, however. I do not plan to return to this location until there is a change.

Took my boyfriend's mom here to get ready for about interview. The women in the store were kind and patient with us. Every employee introduced themselves as we crossed their paths. God quality clothing and a very clean store.

Not impressed - the store was surprisingly messy for how few customers there were petite and regular sizes mixed up, and stacks of clothes weren't folded well and the sections were poorly signed/sectioned. The staff were friendly, if not particularly attentive. I will be going to a different location the next time I want to shop at a Talbots.

If you like Talbots, this is the best outpost in all of Atlanta. The store is huge and has a wide selection of regular and petite sizes. When they do sales, you can snag some awesome deals. The employees are friendly and thoughtful. Just don't buy everything here unless you're over the age of 60 or aiming to look frumpy. The attire is pretty dang conservative.

I had seen a sweater in the catalog and went to the store to see it.  The store is very organized and there's a large selection of sizes.  The salespeople are friendly and helpful.  I found the sweater I went in for and another.  There's also plenty of free parking.

I love  the friendly staff, the quality of the items, i find good things my side. I do love The Talbot Store, Thanks  to my cousin for letting me know all about the store. It’s going to be my number # / Store

My wife loves this place. Lots of sizes, lots of variety, and some deals on the clearance racks.

I've been a Talbots customer for years, I have yet to be disappointed. Great store large selection and fantastic sales!
