This has been one of the best donation places I have ever been literally every single person I have met from the time I started donating till now has Has been so amazingly, helpful and sweet. I honestly love this place. I would not wanna go anywhere else. I’ve been to a couple other places and not everyone was nice like how they are here and they’re quick you schedule your appointment you get in you get out you’re not waiting for hours. They make the process for donating very smooth and they are very organized. Hands-down, one of the best places I’ve been thank you to every single person that That works Here I feel so welcomed every time I come. Every person I’ve got to stick me has done an awesome job. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

This is the nicest plasma center I’ve ever been to. They don’t pay you based on your weight! The staff is insanely nice too! You can tell how much people like Samantha and Kris really care. They always talk to me throughout my donation and answer my millions of questions. Sam and Kris put a lot into their work and I hope they get recognized for it!

I have been donating for 7 years at various places. This is by far my favorite place. All the employees are extremely nice and all donors are nice too. I am in and out within an hour. The new donor bonus was very nice and it levels out to $120 a week. Not too bad! Highly recommend this place!

I donated plasma on Saturday this week for $80. I kept checking the balance on my card waiting for the money to be deposited, and after two hours it wasn't there. I thought maybe there's a problem with the system or it is still pending. I tried calling the facility, and they were closed. Now today the balance is still not on there. They are closed today as well. My bank account had to go negative to get gas to go to work, and I only have four diapers left for my child. That $80 was supposed to support me and my family. I have no way of contacting anyone at the facility, and I have no idea why the money is not there. I'm extremely frustrated. All of my other interactions have been pleasant until this incident.

They are so great! I love donating here. I get a little pocket change and I get to help someone else in return~ The staff are so nice and the facility is nice! Note your first visit will be the longest, but it doesn't take more than an hour and a half to be done and out the door every visit after. You are allowed 2 donations per week. Your first visit will be a physical and then each visit you answer questions and get a few things checked, like blood, weight etc. I would recommend this place hands down!

Extremely friendly staff. This was my first time donating, so I was a bit nervous. From the front desk, to the phlebotomist in the back, everyone in there was helpful and kind. They made sure my whole experience pleasant. I will gladly return.

They never answer the phone I live in Aurora and wanted to see what new Donor get before I make the drive THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE EVER!! I've called different days and hours no answer. Smh

Avoid the old sandy blonde haired woman in the back. She was so busy trying to act like she was cool that she blew out my vein. I had a 4 inch bruise. Was told I couldn't donate again until it heals. Now it has healed and I still can't book an appointment on the app and no one Is answering the phones.

This place was good until they deferred me permanently over me not updating my address.

For the most part everyone was really nice , just some people can't handle the truth, so I relocated to a great donating place
