Love this place. Most beautiful tanning salon ever😍😍😍 the beds are amazing too!!!

When leaving reviews I'm either leaving it because I had a pleasant experience or did not have a good experience. In this case I did not have a great experience. During my 1 month Tier2 package at Tan Couture I participated in only 6 of the visits out of a total of 31 I could have potentially gone. My first session was for 12 minutes even though this typically was longer then I normally start out tanning after a time away. Before the end of that night I was already sun burnt badly. Following that day I had to take almost 2 days off work as I couldn't put my cloths on. This equated to almost 350$ lost time at work on top of a 75$ tanning package. I called them the day after this happened and the woman there was helpful and said they would put a note on my account since I wasn't able to come in for almost a week after that. My next 5 visits over the next 2 weeks were better. I tried a different bed twice for both 6 and 8 minutes and was much cooler and didn't burn. The last bed I tried was a stand up for 8 minutes to tan my arms and sides also didn't burn me. I came into today which was 1 month from my start date to find out they did not in fact extend out a week like they said they would. The women who told me she couldn't help me at all tonight was not the one I normally deal with either. I informed her I was told that they could extend it at the time and that a note was left on my account and then she said that's not how it works and they are only sold in 1 month periods and then said I could pay to just go for that session. I had to a laugh inside a bit. I expressed if this is how they are going to treat there customers then they are going to lose one and she seemed completely ok with that and straight forwardly said there was no way to add time on no matter what the circumstances. This was also the woman who rudely told me to take my shoes off at the door the prior time I was there. Aside from the this rude and absolutely poor business practice of lying to your customers, the place is nice and very well kept. Although the beds are hit and miss as far as intensity goes and the staff could be more socialable. I did tried 4 different beds while i was there and not one of them was similar in intensity.

Love this place. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the selections of beds and that I hardly ever have to wait and if I do its not long at all.

Very Upscale! Great staff, Great product! Beds and Spray Tan Excellent quality!! The guy next to me says" I've been to at least 100 tanning salons from Texas to Alaska and this one is the nicest I've been in!" Well that says it All!!! Hey,Right There, is another review!! Please check it out you won't be sorry!!

Absolutely the cleanest an!!!!d best tanning salon I have ever been to. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is totally relaxing. It is also so very clean and pristine looking. I love the beds and the spray tan machine. Fabulous tanning salon with fabulous staff and customer service
