Humble and local hole in the wall with arguably the best tacos in DC. The tortillas are thick, fresh, and handmade corn. I recommend the carnitas and steak tacos. The Combo #1 gets you 3 tacos, beans, rice, and a drink for $14. This place is a gem and I’ll definitely be back!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
Not many vegetarian options, but good chicken tacos! Friendly service, nice outdoor space.

People were nice, but the food was not good. The chicken taco was ok, but dry. The steak taco had a very strange taste and tasted metallic. I would not recommend.
The best Mexican food in DC. Great prices, friendly staff and amazing food.
I love the rustic tone of the exterior, and the charming little red seats evoke a dining experience from yesteryear.
Was overcharged for 6 tacos, 1 burrito and a drink. $45
I miss their spot on 14th, but finally got the chance to order from this location. I am glad that I did. The lengua tacos were *chef's kiss*. The handmade tortillas were delicious and filling. The agua de jamaica was perfect. One of the better taco spots in the city for sure.
The food here is always great and fresh! The red sauce is melt your face spicy so make sure you double check your spice tolerance before pouring that on your food!
This is a scam of product. I ordered tacos al pastor through UberEats and it was all but tacos al pastor. Why Mexican taquerias want to scam Latinos who know what a real taco is? Perhaps they can scam others who are used to this lame version in the U.S. It was a soupy boiled mix of meat and fatty parts that nobody eats in Latin America. A real taco al pastor is cut from a spit and it has pineapple pieces. This was soggy, tasteless and an offense to Mexican cuisine. I did not even have cilantro. I don't understand how it has 4 stars.
