David was there every time I had an issue to fix the problem. Either that same day or if it was non emergency he would come the next day. Didn’t really have many issues until the last year of being in the apartment five years but was fixed with no wait or worry. He shows up. I had a very good experience renting from them.

Hell no, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I have never had as much red tape from this company as I have w/this one. If you have parents that want to cosign, tell them to go somewhere else, they only care about their fees, and they lie about the registration and then tried to push additional charges. They deny your application, I have moved into places in days compared to this place do not waste your time. Rogues can go eat a rotten cannoli! 100%

My roommate and I had a very positive experience with Tara Mgmt. Bob was knowledgeable in showing us our apartment that we are now in. The application/approval process moved along quickly and was problem-free. We even had an issue with the owner of the property and Bob attempted to intervene even though he did not need to. He ensured us that we can call him throughout the year with any issues and even though he only showed us the property, we can call with any problems. We recommend Bob from Tara Mgmt.

Emily Kight from Emily Kight Photography had to be removed from one of our rentals for illegally advertising on Air BnB without landlord's permission. She also had a falling out with her roommate and tried every trick in the book to break her lease after she found out he had a girlfriend. She is not to be trusted and her review should not be taken seriously.

"Front Desk" AKA Julian Creque was evicted from one of our rental properties for failing to pay back rent and destruction to the premises. He also stole 3 air conditioner units and left the home infested with bed bugs. His review is unreliable and should also not be taken seriously.

Beverly’s son is a deceitful person. Stay away from this company!
