Tara Vista Apartments

Stay away from this place. The owner lives onsite and thinks he can do anything he wants regardless of tenant rights. The units are roach and bed bug infested and when you complain, they don't do a thing to correct the problem. The walls and ceilings are paper thin and you hear everything your neighbors are doing. They require a 1 year lease, and when you complain, they tell you if you don't like it, to move. Then when you do want to move, they threaten you with the lease and court. The best advice I can give you is to stay away, but if you do decide to live there, record everything. That is what I did, and that is how I got out of there after 3 months.

Owner is a Racist!!! Doesn't accept Children!! Bedbugs Infested!! And carpets are Old & Used!!!

Roaches Roaches Roaches. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
