Tarbox Toyota - Service

The end of lease buyout was extremely easy! Kayla explained the process prior to the lease's end, Andrew in Service was super nice as he always is, and Mike in Finance made the buyout process easy and smooth! We've always had great service at Tarbox and I would go nowhere else!

Unprofessional! Both salesman and finance manager who worked on my deal never returned my phone calls, emails. I am left wondering what I need to do next all the time.

I took my 2018 Tacoma in for 30K mile maintenance. Scheduling this was easy, and they were able to meet my scheduling needs. Andrew was the service rep that I dealt with and he was up front about the time needed to do the service as well as the expense $300. Everything was done satisfactorily.

The service manager informed me of the repairs that my car needed and that I would need to return the next when the needed part would be available. I was informed that it could take 2 hours for the job to be completed. An appointment was made and when I returned the next day, the job only took one hour.
