I frequent this target Quite a bit, I will have to say the last few months I’ve been driving to Greenbriar because I am constantly appalled by the way this store looks. I feel SO BAD for the employees that work under the management here. They clearly are not being led properly nor is there enough staff ever to accommodate the amount of traffic this store sees. The only employees here are tired and frustrated….the line Is always back to Atleast the allergy aisle I’ve included some pictures to show that pretty much every aisle looks like someone came through here and went mad and cleared and destroyed this store. And it’s NOT just because it’s Labor Day weekend. This store looks dirty like this all the time.Atleast for the last few months. I finally feel like I need to say something because it’s jaw dropping compared to how this target used to look all the time. It used to be very nice and neat all the time!
My daughter bought a diffuser for her bedroom. It came with a cord that didn’t fit. When we returned the item, we picked another brand to replace it. I used my cash back to buy it initially. The associate was fast and knowledgeable about how to process the exchange. She was also so sweet to my girls while she helped us.
I mainly go to this Target location because of CVS pharmacy. I rarely shop in the store itself unless I need to pickup sale a item. The store is always clean. They still require shoppers to mask up.
Employee got in my face. I was Harassed by store employee. First of all this location is a mess, boxes everywhere. I had a storeroom employee harassing me questioning if I opened a box that was out and all ready opened. I don't walk into a retail store with my personal box cutter. The employee got in my face. I talked to two managers and they put on a show about how they will talk to his supervisor. I know that's not going to happen. this Target is very unprofessional. I wish to complain to corporate.
Horrible customer service! First, they had no cash registers open, only self checkout. But there's only 4 self checkout registers in the entire store. The lines were literally wrapped halfway through the store. Then when they finally opened up the register, the cashier was rude and seemed very short. This is not the first issue I've had with this store with long lines, long waits, carside delivery, and customer service. Even organization of items is a mess. Even if you order car side delivery, they may still force you to go inside and pickup. I would advise anyone to pick another store.
Horrible story to shop. Customer service is extremely lazy everyone has an attitude of doing their job. I'm new to the area and have visit this Target on Virginia Beach boulevard a few times same experience consistently.
The worst target in the area! Even outside, the parking lot is crazy, there was pickup truck parked on the side walk on the side of the store right by the entrance. Drive up takes way longer than norfolk, princess anne, hilltop & greenbrier, even if you you say your on the way ahead of time. And then they have the nerve to be rude. It use to be really nice but the last few months the store has looked trashed inside & the self check out lines is always long sometimes past makeup & office/kitchen. It continues to get worse as the months go on.
If I could rate this place one star I would. From the awful constantly out of items Starbucks to the disorganized store and Walmart like lines. People cut for no reason and the teak doesn’t seem To do anything about it. Maybe they need more cashiers. The over all presentation is one of the worst targets I’ve ever seen and good luck calling them for anything. Team lead Neekah at Starbucks said answering phones will never be their Prioroty
Got charged twice again for one item$23 and didn't check the receipt before I left the store. This is the second time this has happened at the Target at Virginia Beach Town Center. And because I did not realize it until I got home, the store won't believe it and refuses to go back and check the video surveillance which would prove I only bought one large box of babywipes.
Queen Tanngenia was amazing today! So polite and the positive energy was refreshing. Also, the information about how to navigate the app for savings was great… Queen Tanngenia was advising the customer in front of me…. explaining the app… so I learned some tips… then she helped me find savings for my purchase… I know to clip before I shop now! Great experience… she’s an asset!
