Went in to target and the Halloween aisles are practically empty. All while they’re already stocking Christmas up. Halloween is better then Christmas
Employees are friendly but there aren't enough of them to keep the store functional. Wait times easily exceed 20 minutes and the shelves are barren.
Yes, the reviews saying all the shelves are poorly stocked are true. However, I thought I got excellent customer service from the employees working there. They were super friendly and even walked me across the store to find an item. They’re obviously doing their best with the labor shortage and are trying to hire more people.
Let me say first: I rarely shop at a Target. I went in tonight looking for a an item I couldn't find at Walmart, and my jaw dropped. The shock was real. The store looked like a bomb had gone off. I have never ever seen a Target ANYWHERE look so bad. I was so shocked, I had to video it and send to my sister, who was equally shocked. I told her the employees were just standing around watching customers but not doing anything. Why would I hold the brand name up as a place to shop at if you can't even see the floor to walk on? It was just ... utter disbelief. Whomever runs this store puts the Target name to shame. I didn't take pictures but did take a video, just can't post it here. Shame on this store.
CSM at front desk was argumentative about price matching would not look at ad on my phone with website clearly visible but said it had to be on her device and to match the price it had to be eligible for same day pick up which it was but because she wouldn’t except my link and was unable to locate it herself she said she was unable to do it. But reading the price match section of your help page no where does it dictate it has to be able to be picked up same day and also does not state that it has to be looked up on a target specific device , which brings me to my next point the original women helping us when she couldn’t do it on her handheld pulled out her personal phone and started looking ignoring that I would hand her my phone to get website details.
Felt like the white cashier racially profiled my Asian boyfriend - he looks kind of rough around the edges and has a darker complexion. Kind of looked at him in disgust before verifying the $20 bill he handed them in front of us....don't know if this is policy but worked as a cashier before and never checked anything under $50. They also handed me, who is also white, the change back which is odd because he had given them the money and only addressed me when saying "have a good day".
This place was an absolute wreck, literally reminded me of the old k-marts before they went out of business, I’ve never seen a target so messy and disorganized, and employees weren’t doing anything about it, literally saw two sitting on the floor giggling and whispering to each other and not doing anything to put stuff away. And let’s not even mention the bathrooms that should have a biohazard warning on the door before entering. Really a shame and really shows todays work ethic and leadership.
Visiting this target could be called nothing other then an experience. While arriving, my sister and I were given a menacing stare by an employee in the lot. An apocalyptic feeling crept inside of me as a graveyard of abandoned shopping carts greeted us promptly. Once inside, the atmosphere triggered the sound of a nuclear siren in my head. The shelves resembled the piles of rubble left behind by hurricane Katrina. They had dried kiwi though.
This store was a dump when I went in on a Saturday. There were clothes all over the floor in all the departments, the fitting room had PILES of clothes on the floor, covered in dirt and dust, that will just get thrown on a hanger and put back out for sale. The show department has shoes just thrown all over whichever with open boxes everywhere. I was literally shocked at how bad everything was. The line was half ways down the store. I'll never shop at this store again.
Longest line I have ever seen at any Target. It’s a weekday morning and it looks like Black Friday in there right now. Literally left my cart because the line was well past the make-up aisles… like, probably would take 30 minutes or more to get through the line alone. Corporate needs to increase staffing budget because this location is a nightmare, and it’s not the fault of the employees.
