Target

I love target and come here at-least once a week. The pick up workers could have a better attitude. Half of them don’t say a word or complain about getting there too fast. Returns are super easy and the cashiers are always nice.

I stopped by 30 minutes before closing to buy a Fire stick. As it is locked in a case, I had to flag down an employee. No one was in site. I flagged down 3 different employees over 30 minutes. No one could assist me. I even went in the back warehouse section to find help. Maybe the employee giving me minute by minute reminders of the closing time and flashing the lights on and off could take a minute to actually do something productive.

This target is not throwing away expired product!! I have now had 3 instances of getting food and drink from the baby/toddler section that were EXTREMELY expired. The first time, I had picked up in store some toddler snacks and 2 juices for my toddler's stocking for Christmas. When I got home I realized most of the snacks were over months expired, and I went to the store and returned them and told them about the issue. They called someone on the walkie-talkie and let them know. The next time I placed a drive up order - about 2 weeks later, of toddler snacks again to replace the ones I had returned. AGAIN EXPIRED. It is now January 2023, I and forgotten to check the juices I recieved, just checked them both, one expired JANUARY OF 2022 and the other AUGUST of 2022. Please check the expiration dates before leaving the store, as obviously the store does not care!

Never received items. Didn't know illustrious Target/shipt employs thieves. They took a picture from their present side with the items cleaning their phone died. And shipt couldn't even contact them for a ETA.

Poor customer service. In December I had my afirm app ready for Target in store, and I didn't know how to get it to work. Every employee I talked to was no help whatsoever, and continued to tell me it doesn't work in store, just online. I sent my boyfriend who uses the app and is familiar with it and had no problem. I feel as though the employees should know how to help a customer in this situation, rather than making them feel SOL. Today, 1/6/23 I have been trying to get ahold of someone in the toy department just to see if something is in stock. I've been calling throughout the morning trying to hopefully catch them at a less busy time, no one has answered my call in the toy department. I finally get ahold of someone in another apartment, and they are no help either. Can't find someone in the toy department to help me, can't transfer me, can't check on the item for me. I've worked customer service, and I always do my absolute best to help every customer rather than making them feel they're just SOL.

I don’t know who is giving this place great reviews, but you need to visit a real Target if you think this one is awesome! This was by far the worst Target I have visited. Place was completely out of stock of everything!

They have a good parking lot. The location is very convenient with other stores and restaurants around. There was a lot of cute stuff in the store and a good pharmacy service. They also have a Starbucks, which had a lot of space and tables. On the day I went, there were a lot of birds outside the store.

I love this Target. They always restock quickly. My son loves the toy section and the people are so friendly. The only reason I am not giving it 5 Stars is that the prices at times can be a bit high and another reason is they don't carry as much stuff as they use too. Example, I tried to go to the nostalgic novelties and Specialty shirt aisles and they don't seem to ever have the things I'm looking for, like the website says. Can be kind of disappointing at times. But overall...still a great place to shop.

Go here if you want to waste an hour in line because they can’t bother hiring enough employees. The employees they do have are always looking around lost and asking over the mic in the middle of checking me out when someone else will get there because she has to be on lunch. She had only checked out one guest before me at that point, just barely getting there. But was asking to go on lunch after one costumer. Do better, hire more people and teach them manners.

This is the worst target in existence. You walk in to the messiest store you'll ever see, and all the employees are on their phones texting and nobody will help you. I was told 5 times my items were ready and they were never there
