We scheduled Target to come to our house to inspect and test for mold. Steve and his son spent hours evaluating the entire house, including deep into our attic space as well as a nasty, dirt-floored crawl space discovering water leaks and issues we had been unaware of. We were involved with the whole process and Steve was great at explaining every thing they saw/found as well as practical solutions to remediate. Steve also spotted a non-functioning, high powered dehumidifier covering the whole house and assisting in getting it running. It eliminated the need for two smaller, independent dehumidifiers covering smaller areas. Target is a great company, we are very pleased we engaged them and highly recommend them to others.

Steve and his team were excellent! I highly recommend his service for anyone who suspects they have a mold issue in their home, especially if you have any type of autoimmune health issue. The reports and photos he provided were very detailed and he conducted a call with us to review his findings. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the area and specific species of mold that was problematic in our home. I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his team. It is my absolute privilege to write a review about Steve Grevelis and Target Inspections! Steve is a true professional while also being a warm and caring person. He was more than understanding when I had to reschedule, very last minute, our first appointment. My husband had an important doctor's appointment, I had not yet cleaned our car of the many inches of snow that had recently fallen and as a senior citizen this had become a tiring and timely job. Without my knowledge or my asking, Steve cleaned our car of snow...this we know because we saw him finishing the snow removal as we approached our car! It was due to Steve's kindness that we were able to get to my husband's doctor's appointment on time. A pure act of kindness...a gift from his heart... Not only is Steve kind and caring, he is most careful and precise in his work. Extremely knowledgeable, he explains and re-explains if necessary, always willing and patient to answer all questions. He is prompt and thorough, making sure everything is carefully analyzed. His crew exemplifies his work ethic. His test results are rapid and his reports are very clear and detailed. No one wants to hear they have a mold problem, but Steve is most understanding, making a personal phone call to discuss the results before sending the written data. Even after all reports are in, Steve is sure to tell his customers he continues to be available to them! Thank you, Steve! I would give 10+++ stars if possible! As first time home buyers, we are extremely happy that we contacted Target Inspections to inspect for mold and checking air quality before purchasing/moving into our new home. Steve and his crew are straight forward, knowledgeable, and VERY thorough. I would advise anyone buying an older house or any house with suspected mold to call Target BEFORE the Purchase & Sales! When it comes to an exceptional environmental service that goes far beyond expectations, thats what Steven Grevelis, and his target Inspections service provides. On multiple occasions since 2016 we needed air quality testing for mold in two rooms, for a serious overflow that had damaging affects on two floors, and recently, water intrusion coming in from the outside causing weeds to grow up through the floor, all of which caused great concern because of serious health conditions. In each case not only did the accurate results of Target Inspections air quality samples lead to a comprehensive written report with detailed analysis, and valuable specific and general guidelines for us, but for the remediation professionals and insurance companies as well!
