I've been here several times and Dr. Lei and Ingrid are absolutely wonderful! They're caring, friendly, help adjust your glasses, clean them, answer any of your questions and make you feel happy and wanted as a customer. There's another guy with curly hair who is also terrific. Overall just come to this location if you need an eye exam,contacts or glasses if you're local. You'll feel valued. :
Ingrid was very courteous, really Nice and Helpful. Me and my wife got each prescription sun glasses. We just got them and we love them
Both Dr. Lei and Michael provided excellent service. Dr. Lei addressed all of my questions and concerns. When it came to financials, Michael came in clutch. He identified and applied my vision benefits, that I didn't realize I had. Overall, a pleasant experience.
Ingrid & Dr Lei are both very friendly, patient & helpful since my family started going there. Definitely will continue going there as we are very happy with their service!
i haven't gotten my glasses yet so can't speak to the quality of the eye exam, but the doctor was super nice and Ingrid at the front desk was super kind and helpful! helped me get my insurance app to find coupons to get a better deal on my frames etc. Would definitely recommend.
Just came in on 7/11, Ingrid was super helpful and patient as I looked through what glasses would fit me best! She helped me decide between the best fit for me, and made it an overall comfortable experience. This target also has a great selection and I was able to leave with a pair I loved!
I’ve been coming with Dr Lei for a few years now. He always provides excellent service. His staff is also amazing! Getting an appointment is always super quick and easy. Thank you Dr Lei.
Ingrid was so helpful. I was so indecisive on the glasses that I wanted but she helped me choose the best ones. She also answered all my question and I left feeling great about the pair that I picked! She’s amazing!
I can only recommend this store. Super nice advisors, helped me immediately and were able to solve my problem perfectly. Thanks to the friendly saleswoman and the quick help, my visit will remain a great vacation memory.
