Had the pleasure of having Pam help me. She was super patient with me for getting my first pair of glasses at the age of 33. She knew exactly what kind of glasses I needed for my face features and ended up getting a pair of glasses that normally I wouldn’t have picked up.
I came in today and was elated to be greeted by Nissa! I’ve been a Target Optical customer for years and I’ve seen many faces, she is a constant. She is my happy place. She is patient, knowledgeable, helpful and she just gets me. Nissa and Dr. Eric are the reasons I return. I get quality care and sound advice from Dr. Eric and leave looking my best. A win win.
The service was impeccable and I was shocked at how affordable and easy my experience was!! Joselyn Morales was an amazing help. She let me take my time browsing the frames board and helped me to better understand what TO offered and what my insurance plan provide to ensure I got the most out of my time, experience and vision benefits! Looking forward to my new frames arriving just in time for Christmas, an early present to myself!!
I absolutely love Target Optical on S. Main. I have been a customer for many years. Nissa and crew are AWESOME!!! Nissa always makes sure my baby Daylon and I are taken care of. Nissa is incredibly knowledgeable about glasses. She was able to answer every question, which made me feel confident and comfortable ordering glasses from her. Specifically, she accounted for looking up and down during measurement and placement of my progressive bifocal lenses. Nissa explained how my vision would be affected as I moved my eyes not my head from the far-sighted and near-sighted part of my lenses. I cannot say enough about her superb customer service! Come see Nissa… she’ll take care of you!

She was attentive and friendly, ensuring all my needs were met. The doctor was also excellent thorough, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the examination. What a great store!! Nissa, the store manager, was super helpful getting me contacts. I will definitely come here again when I need a refill.
The Customer Service was excellent. Yoselin 329113 at store #4202 went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about my new and old eye wear. She even took the time out to retighten my old pair of glasses and made sure they was comfortable. She even verify my insurance for me and explain it to me. She had a smile on her face and always spoke to me using my name. I really enjoy her and the way she made me feel and treated me. I want to thank her again for everything she did for me.
Nissa is amazing and always helpful both with picking out lenses as well as minimizing out-of-pocket cost. We’ve been coming here for about 10 years because they do such an incredible job.
