Been shopping here for the last 11 years. I was working in Opelousas and and found out about them. Not a big store but has a lot. They have a great assortment of pots & pans, quality cooking utensils, baking supplies, and best of all...the spices and seasonings! Just about any spice you would need is available here in smaller(not tiny like a grocery store would have) and larger quantity. The Art's season all is probably the most perfect blend of any all-purpose seaning I have ever tried...not to hot and not too salty...it seasons food properly without overdoing any particular spice. Their fish fry and chicken fry are very good also. Just a note on the chicken fry - you may want to cut it with up to a 1-1 ratio of regular flour if you don't want it too spicy. They have always been helpful and are very reasonably priced. Unfortunately for me, I no longer work in Opelousas so we have to make a special trip to go now and it's quite a drive but we stock up and end up going a couple times a year. If you do go, be sure to stop at Mama's fried chicken near there, it makes the trip even better!

They mix all our seasoning for our restaurant! Reasonable priced and have just about everything we need for the restaurant and baking!
