I worked here until 2016 when the new CEO and COO started to run it into the ground. Can't say I'm surprised it closed. The family atmosphere for employees left the minute Barb retired. Sad because they had a good thing going. The accountability they expected from their clients did not reach the top of the management.
My husband was told to go test and it's Thanksgiving weekend. There are no signs on there doors saying they will be closed for 3 days because of the holiday and we've now wasted gas twice and live an hour away from any location. Some sort of notification that they are going to be closed would have been nice.
Unprofessional, unfocused, lots of mingling on the clock. Case manager rarely available. Called for info, always got sent to voicemail. My calls are hardly, if ever, returned. Case manager says, 'Oh, I'm here 11am-5pm Monday - Saturday.' ...Right. I called to check if I could meet my case manager: Sent to voicemail. Went in to meet case manager: Out for the day. Went next day to meet case Manager: In meetings, come back tomorrow. Went in next day at 5:05pm speeding from work 8am-4:30pm to meet case manager: Left at 5:00pm. Called front desk to check if Case manager is in for the day: Sent to voicemail. Asked when best time to come in to meet: Sent to Voicemail. Called to check if Case manager is in: In meetings, no notice of leave or return, come back tomorrow. Sent email asking for info- Finally got called back 8 days later. Cool. Real Cool.
I mean, if you HAVE to be on a drug diversion program, this is as good a place as any. Generally very sanitary, the staff is okay the blonde girl and the African American guy are REALLY cool though. Very friendly and professional.
I'm only here when I have to be... for drug testing. I like to be in and out when I can be. Unfortunately the location on 67th Ave has been closed so I come all the way to this one because there is less of a wait than at the other locations. There's usually no problems when I go. The only thing is the potentially long wait times.
It is what it is. Doesn't cost me a dime. If you cant handle the consequences.... . . you know the rest.
Anouther way for the goverment to make money on you get your self into detb and never be adle to pay them back this location is the worst i like the one on country club
The people there are rude and judgmental when all of themselves should be questioning their weight for being lazy. Its not a treatment center or service but its a way for the State to legally scam you out of your money. The program doesn't work.
Nobody wants to come to this place. There are people like me who just want to come and do what we need to do and leave. I had better days with the professional blonde lady, before. However, earlier I had this hispanic girl with burgandy red hair shouting at me over and over to pee in a cup because following TASC rule wasn't enough. Personally, I don't know this girl and it's the first time I spoke to her. Because of her mental and emotional anguish and demeaning ways she treated me, I was upset and couldn't pee. What a nazi! Terrible experience! Maybe she should work for CPS/DCS?!? Now, I have to come back, again! Thanks a lot TASC! Just what I needed - a whole day's trip with TASC!
Believe it or not I enjoy coming here because the staff members are very friendly and helpful and they make it painless. Clean and like new facility.
