Kristen does excellent work. Lines are very bold and precise and I will recommend her to anybody that wants a great tattoo by a friendly, professional, skilled artist. Amy is a added bonus in the customer friendly criteria and I was able to see a piece of work she was doing and it was turning out great also.

Do better, have your actual hours online and not close at 8:30 on a Friday even after people call.

If I could give 0 stars I would, one of the artists drew what I asked, and then never got back to me on a price for the tattoo, or a way to make a appointment. It has been a week since I have last contacted her and in that message I asked for a price, and she has still to message me. I got fed up with waiting so I contacted another artist, and this other artist drew, revised, set up an appointment, and actually gave me the tattoo, all on the same day. I would not go to this business if you are looking to get the tattoo quickly or if you are looking to have good costumer service. I love their work and think that they do an amazing job, when they actually message their costumer back.

Great place it's always clean and friendly service and know what you want as tattoos or piercing.
