Tax Gallery

Last year I had them file the previous two years for me. When I went back to file my taxes for this year, they informed me that the taxes from last year did not get filed properly. No one contacted me for a whole year. They had my phone number, address, email address and the only way I found out was when I went back to file my taxes for this year. When I asked him about the penalties and interest they told me that they wouldn't cover it because somebody reached out to contact me but no one did. She basically told me it was her word against mine. Needless to say I won't be going back and I suggest you don't either.

I have been going to The Tax Gallery for over 10 years! They are great! Mel and SK have helped me the most ober the years! They are fast, friendly and inexpensive compared to other tax services. However, others know how good they are as well. Sometimes the wait is long but its worth it.

My boyfriend turned me on to the Tax Gallery 10 years ago and I have been going to them ever since. They are way cheaper than H&R Block and do every bit as good a job if not better. Since I'm self employed and have a regular job my taxes are a little complicated. There prices have always been the most reasonable around. I also received great tax advice from Ken.

It was quick and painless. Josh my helper at the Tax Gallery was extremely kind and courteous. I don't go anywhere else for my tax needs or notary

A Great Tax Man/ professional. Yes it is downtown KC and I live in South Overland Park. Worth the drive and piece of mind, I've gotten to know and trust the owners and I will be back for my 4th year. The place has character and great people.

So recently I had got a letter from IRS saying that I didn't file my taxes for 2017. The craziest thing is that I did. I recently went to this company to get my taxes done this year. I was super sick and in and out of the hospital due to my illness. So, SK Hopkins supposedly filed my tax return but he really didn't. Keep in mind this is my first attempt with my taxes. Secondly, I found out that he didn't put my information on there for my health insurance due to a business matter I had come up. I ended up having to go back down there to get that corrected second attempt. Please keep in mind each time, I went down there. He was doing more than just his job. He was selling a car on my first attempt and second attempt he was playing with his dogs and talking with his friends and etc. I was trying to keep this professional but after this third time with him. He was really rude and unprofessional each time. He also acted as if I was bothering him because he really didn't have any real reason, why he didn't file my taxes. When I spoke to him in person, he refused to give my money back for the service, he never gave me. Please keep in mind too. Due to him not filing my taxes I had to take my own taxes and pay for them to be mailed off. How much more unprofessional can this company be with him being employed with them. He didn't want to give me my money back for his mistakes. He told me, they don't do refunds. I just really don't appreciate this type of service. Im speaking out due to. I don't want anybody else to be mistreated poorly like I did from this company. He didn't file my taxes. He didn't give me my money back. So the company basically robbed me. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Great place to get your taxes done. Friendly fast staff ready to fit you in. And affordable too. Me and my whole family has been going here for years.
