Just had the most terrible experience with taxi cab 737 on 7/23/21 at roughly 7:45pm. Gave us terrible customer service and tried to guilt trip the heck out of us demanding we give him a large tip halfway through our short ride. Will stick with Uber, thanks!
They are not working for obey the Law,, and they have poor system at the office and poor payment system only in person SHAME,,
What they do is pure harassment and know if they still exist.
Be ready to spend half your day here. A simple renewal took 2 1/2 hrs.
Cab charged more than double the rate going Airport to strip ... nothing was done ..Nevada Taxi Cab Authority is a joke! Randolph Stefan takes forever to follow up, than does absolutely nothing, waste of time!
