I have used Taylor Tax Services for 2 years now. Prior to I did my own via US Tax and Turbotax. The prices are reasonable and my refund is more since I started using them. The entire staff has been very professional and catering to my schedule. I highly recommend their services.

I had a bad experience with Ms. Taylor during her tax class. She wasn’t as professional as I thought she was. She didn’t communicate well what so ever. She would say she would call me but never call. An this was all after she Got my Money. She told me that she would be able to skype me in class verses me coming from Birmingham to Atlanta. But the next morning when I called she said she wouldn’t be able to. Which made me miss class because she claim her projector was broke and it magically started working the next morning so now she can’t skype me in the room. Which made me miss her 3 day class lecture. I mad a mistake by trying to enter a 3 day lecture tax course. No one can learn taxes in 3 days I was told by several professionals. But I should have done my research. It’s not no harsh feelings towards Ms.Taylor because everyone is entitled to be a a** if they choose to. I just don’t want anyone else making the same mistake I did. Go to a class that last several weeks to a month. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND WAISTED 200$ when I only attended one class because of her miscommunication. Then when I told her if it wasn’t for her telling me that I would have been there. She mention she isn’t baby sitting me. Which had nothing to do with baby sitting me you should never told me you could do that.Very unprofessional, I didn’t want to be nasty or rude to her and she was being nasty and rude to me. Still I remain humble smh People lesson learned. She is all about your money and she isn’t out to help people. I’m bless to say I have found a better opportunity and very professional tax preparer. My current last several weeks and not 3days. Who can learn how to do taxes in 3 days??? I guess I set myself up
