"By appointment only". Never been sent away from our local Scottrade branch, but almost every time TD Ameritrade tells me to go home and call them instead. IDK why I still bother. There are some questions however easier to talk with someone in person.
They are the worst! Don’t send you money there! I wired $ to my account then decided not to trade anymore they will not send my money back. They still holding it. Stay away
Nothing bu a bunch of layers. Tdameritrade the worse to do business with. James sweet can not be trusted.
I requested money working on Friday and dropped wiring form to the office. And called several times. The wiring hasn't happened on today Wednesday. Very slow and very unprofessional.
They don’t respect customers period
