This service at this bank is slower than other TD Banks. With only two customers inside of the bank, and about 7 employees, why are customers made to wait outside. Also they need to inform customers that the branch is closing before making customers wait for services no longer available. The parking lot was almost completely full, yet there were only two customers inside of the bank. Good riddance to this branch.
Things wrong: Walked in to open an account with my son and was not greeted. I'm standing in line waiting, there's one teller working but 3 behind the counter. I asked where should i stand to open an account and the lady rolls her eyes and points to the benches. They're lucky this location is right outside my job so its convenient. I really wanted to turn around and walk out. They need more customer service training.
Very bad experiences regarding customer service. I had a card that was closed for whatever reason. It was a debit card. The important-looking lady with a desk all to herself took it and snapped it in half. I was like — what just happened? Like why did you have to snap it in front of me? She gave it back to me as if TD bank doesn’t have a secure shredder to destroy it. And they don’t want my junk...I mean their junk cluttering up. If the ATM eats your cash, you need to WAIT for them to check the balances before they credit you for the amount. It was like a South Park episode. I put my money in.....aaaand it’s gone. I told one of the employees that the machine was faulty and she said “yeah, it’s been like that all day.” Why not put a sign on the machine that says it’s out of order? That would be easier than having customers continuously complaining that the machine “ate their cash”. As I was walking out, I prevented another catastrophy by frantically warning a customer that the machine doesn’t work as she was about to put what looked like a lot of cash into the malfunctioned green machine. Besides that, they really need to step up to the level of other banks that at least don’t call from an unknown number. Yes, I received a call from TD Bank with a blocked caller ID. Maybe that’s just protocol. The only thing that was useful about them was the coin-counting machine. It just up and vanished. Now you can help yourself to a free green pen and/or some expired dog biscuits if you’re hungry.
DO NOT BANK HERE. Terrible service and constant run around. 1/15 had atm issues. the atm took my money, ate my card and gave no receipt. its 1/22 and still no money. they are claiming atm is serviced by 3rd party and 3rd party still hasnt come yet to service the machine. this is a scam bank.
Unprofessional staff and the manger even worse. Disgusting attitude. The nasty manager is using the term“ we are short staffed” to be rude to people. If you are short staffed close your branch or go buy workers, or at least make sure to tell your staff to talk nicely to customers. Don’t hide behind this nasty excuse.
When the Branch first opened..it was the greatest, used it for both my business and personal banking needs. Since Constance the Manager left so has all but one of the original friendly and helpful crew members. I've since transferred or closed my business account and some of my major personal accounts to other banks. It's always a nightmare..unfriendly and very frustrating. The poor performance and lack of professionalism I suspect is due to Michele Jette..Assistant Store Manager poor leadership.
Every day it’s 1 hour wait for the drive in banking I get it’s going on Covid but come on they have 3 people on the teller yet it takes an hour to get service if you are in a car? The sign says the close at 7pm Manager told me at 4pm they are closed They took my check and said it’s close come back tomorrow to deposit it Yeah I’m going to leave my check inside the machine over night and hope in the morning someone else doesn’t get to it first
Horrible experience with the "professional banking" I approached to get a personal loan and the unprofessional lady applied for wrong amounts that I didn't ask...obviously didn't approved. To make it worse. The branch loan officer applied again for lower amounts, using the pre approved letter of the bank. I waited 5 days for the answer that never came. I called the bank and told me that I will receive a letter with the bank determination. After 3 three weeks the letter arrived with negative answers to my loan request even when I have good credit score. Don't try to get loans in TD Bank. Their pre approved letters are fake and will ONLY DAMAGES your credit.
OMG , the td bank is a nightmare experience, specially this branch, always I say I wanna close all my accounts and then I count to 10, but this time an gnna do it, I was today at this branch, and the manager Larissa kick me out from the branch and told me close all ur accounts if u don’t like our services, only coz I didn’t write my account number on the paper slip!! What a manager Larissa, keep it up
Personal never told me about their crazy fees and the bank charged me almost $300 in 4 days in using my debit card. $35 fee for each transaction. Apparently, if the balance is stated in parenthesis, it means that the amount is negative. I didn't even know that I can use money that I don't have on my card. Very disappointed!!!
