Poor customer service and professionalism starting with the Branch Manager.
Worst branch I've been too. 1 hour wait for a new debit card. Several employees working with only one teller accepting clients. I will never be back to this branch. Any managers or supervisors working there really need to better. TD usually gives great service but this branch gives the bank a very bad look all around.
Wow. All I can say is I went in there with an issue that the over the phone customer service people could not help my with, and Manager Annette Bookman was just an Angel sent from heaven! She helped assisted me with my issues, stayed on the phone and with me for around 2 hours, and finally solved the issue, which alone, I don’t think I could have solved. She was amazing and so was everyone who worked there, including the lovely security guard. I cannot thank Annette and the branch enough. 10/10!!!
Bad service And if you need more staff, hire staff capable of serving customers
Great Customer Service in a timely manner.
Horrible service! Long waits! Employees works with no enthusiasm! Making constant mistakes with my account. Employees undertrain . Given me false information. Call center hung up on me ! Horrible experience ! as a result of my anger i cancelled my account!!! Referring to the 4020 City line Ave Branch! In Philadelphia
So I'll give this bank three stars instead of the two it deserves but only for the super friendly, extra helpful security guard. He has helped me out the last couple times I have been here. But other than that...the tellers seem miserable and don't mind showing you. The one I had today was competent but with ZERO customer service skills on display. I'm guessing this is the Siberia of branches, where the worst of the worst hang out until they quit or get fired? This branch lured me with its plentiful parking and easy access to major routes, but I'm breaking up with it asap.
The cashier to drive new name Kimberly needs to be retrained with customer service skills. I can understand that it was the end of the day you wanted to get out of there but please by all means don't rush me and you can keep your smart comments to yourself. When she gave me my money back through the drive-thru she made a very smart remark, "You try to have a good rest of your day... bye-bye" . I will be calling to have a conversation with the manager.
The workers are cordial but the bank lacks efficiency. Many workers were not at their desks and even though there were several customers waiting, nothing was done to shorten the wait time. We waited 30 minutes just to see someone. Observe your lobby and adjust as needed.
Tsk, tsk, tsk. Just look at these reviews. I have used this bank for years. When Judi was manager there were issues, but she dealt with them. Problems too numerous to mention. However, the manager Eric Rios allows his staff to be inefficient and discourteous. He does not follow up on complaints. He's rarely there. If his phone could be gps'ed you'd know why. That's all I have to say about that. Christine is especially disrespectful. They even say the bank is closed before the closing time. Td has a grace policy of ten minutes after closing. But this branch does not want to take customers 10 min. before the actual closing time. When issues are reported to Eric he ignores. But he's not the problem. Upper management can see these reviews. It's their fault these people are not removed.
