Came here again to give this branch another try. Wanted to cash a check at the drive thru. Three lanes are open I am the next car in line. Have now waited 35 minutes with no movement. Consistently poor customer service. Off to change banks. Would avoid this branch. West Caldwell a much better operation.

They don't answer their phone and direct customers to call an 888 number or leave a message at the tone, a tone that doesn't exist. They don't follow proper procedure for curbside ATM pickup. I've had problems with this branch before.

The is location is extremely slow. I came to make a withdrawal and spent over 20 minutes even though I was the only one there. Try another location.

TD Bank is the worst! Wait times for Fraud are over two hours and local branches don't answer. Have called the TD ASAP on the App three times this morning and each time they conveniently disconnect. When this is over moving my money out of all accounts!

ATM constantly out of service if that was its purpose fully served. Had to go across the street to Wells Fargo to make a withdrawal with my TD card and pay a fee but my bank is across the street!!

We called them four times over the course of two days and they failed to answer the phones. When they finally picked up, they answered and then hung up immediately. When we arrived to the location one of the employees was not wearing a mask and none of them were practicing social distancing. Very disappointed.
