Built on a six-acre campus, with an energetic mix of leading-edge architecture and historic preservation, the campus is at the hub of Greenville’s nationally-recognized downtown.
Venues include:
Concert Hall - In addition to being Greenville's most popular performance venue, the Peace Concert Hall is an excellent space for lectures, annual meetings, and graduations. A total of 2,100 seats, the hall features state-of-the-art acoustics and a hydraulic orchestra pit.
Gunter Theatre - An intimate 439-seat venue, has hosted dance recitals, theater productions, world-class musicians, and large corporate meetings for companies including Carolina First, SCANA, Michelin, and BMW Manufacturing.
TD Stage - Overlooking the historic Reedy River, the TD Stage at the Peace Center provides a casual and scenic environment for everything from musical performances to presentations, social gatherings, and lectures. The TD Stage is particularly well-suited for nighttime concerts and band parties.
Huguenot Mill Loft - Conveniently located in downtown Greenville overlooking the Reedy River, is the ideal location for events both large and small. The Huguenot Mill Loft carries a historical charm with modern day amenities. This once textile mill features its original hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings and rustic hardware in addition to custom lighting options. Our unique space offers versatility and sophistication, all with the Peace Center’s renowned hospitality.
Huguenot Mill - With abundant natural lighting and gorgeous hardwood floors, the Huguenot Mill lobby is the perfect setting for a pre-show cocktail reception, networking event, or dinner party. Capacity for up to 100 for a reception and up to 50 for a seated event, this space can also be opened up to include the Conference Room, significantly expanding the capacity.
David L. Freeman Conference Room - Adjacent to the Huguenot Mill Lobby, the David L. Freeman Conference Room includes a projection screen with computer capabilities, phone and internet accessibility. The space can be set-up in various configurations and can comfortably seat up to 40.
Wyche Pavilion - Located next to The TD Stage at the Peace Center along the Reedy River, the Wyche Pavilion is one of Greenville's oldest commercial buildings. Today, this unique open-air brick structure is a favorite locale for weddings, receptions, cocktail and dinner parties, and large social gatherings. The Wyche Pavilion is owned and managed by the Peace Center.
Genevieve's - Soaring three-story ceilings. Dramatic lighting. A sliding glass wall that connects you with a view of rooflines, the Reedy River walkway, the grand staircase, and the TD Stage music pavilion. Free-flowing floor space that combines a 4,000 square foot lounge and an 800 square foot balcony. All of this, along with elegant contemporary décor make Genevieve’s one of the most exciting event spaces around. You simply have to see it for yourself! The architecture of Genevieve’s makes it a versatile, sophisticated, welcoming place for a seated dinner of up to 150 guests – or a cocktail reception for up to 250.
