Teaching Table

I took Laura's Fine Dining Date Night In class and had a blast. We did a lot in the two hours but Laura was a great teacher and very responsive to my many questions. The pace was brisk for this beginner, but the results were excellent. Highly recommended.

The virtual classes are amazing! The instructor was engaging and I learned a number of things I can use right away. Plus you don’t need to be in the NYC area to take a virtual class.

We participated in three of her classes - one was a private class in lieu of an office holiday party, which everyone enjoyed. In addition to the great recipes, I always learn several things that will stick with me. I look forward to future classes!
