Joined the team doing the 6 week challenge. I'm 4 weeks in and have lost a noticable amount of weight and built better eating and fitness habits in the process. Don't expect the glitz and glamour of the big chains. Expect a great motivating staff, a friendly environment and results! The coaches work with you at your level and treat everyone individually. This facility not only caters to adult fitness needs but also sport conditioning for everyone! Watching them push and coach the kids at all different levels is inspiring to say the least. I would recommend it for anyone ready for a change and results!

Absolutely love this place. If youre looking for a gym with a sense of community and with people who truly care about fitness then this is the place. The workouts are intense but doable. It's also black-owned. A plus in my book!

Each of the trainers push you to do and be your best in each exercise. They are also committed to you hitting the goals you've set for yourself.

6 week Challenge was a success lost 28lbs during the experience. I attended every morning and was surprise with the results.
