Avoid this business. Waited 90 minutes for a quote that I was told would be delivered within minutes. I asked Susana to repeat the email address and she responded to me like I was a 4th grader. Turns out the email address was recorded incorrectly on their end. Imagine that! Unprofessional and unreliable. Susana, find another line of work and do future callers a favor
Ordered our trash bin on Friday. Told it would be delivered Saturday. Received an email that it would need to be postponed until Monday. Monday has come and gone, still not delivered without an explanation. This rating can go lower if we do not receive it tomorrow.
Team clean has been supplying us with a 40 yard container and is always prompt on picking up after call is made that its ready even if we keep it longer than expected a very good company to help our business stay on top of our waste
Terrible customer service. Had a mix up of where to deliver the container so it never came until I called them that morning. Spoke to the owner Susana and she was RUDE. By the end of the conversation she called me a Dbag. USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE.
