Team management only job is to force property owners to pay for the fine. Then they can use money for other purposes. They don’t give anyone a chance to make violation correction. Non professional company

It's a worst Team Management company. They raise conflicts between HOA board and home owners so that they can show their worth. Alisha is worst, she will pick something from the rules book which is an open ended and will interpret it to prove her point. She will advice the board to keep un settling the home owners so that they can show the power. I would have selected zero star given the option.

TEAM did a good job for our HOA. Our coordinator, Alisha was very prompt and friendly to communicate with. They helped us to keep a good standard for our community.

I'm on the board of a Decatur, GA HOA. We've had several management companies in the past and we started working with TEAM management about 8 months ago. Christine Swenson and TEAM are amazing, I appreciate them SO much. We the board used to do way too much ourselves but Christine now takes the lead on the projects and the follow up, too. We have a dozen projects here that we wanted to complete landscaping, asphalt, decks, recycling and trash vendors, deliquent accounts, rental permits, etc. and they are working 'round the clock to bring all of these things up-to-date. These are major projects with a massive amount of time involved and Christine is so competent, organized, and patient.

Do now use them...runaway and go pick someone else...they do not do any work and can't even read the request that are being sent via email or thru internal own portal which lacks in so many ways. Complete waste of money and they do not care nor perform anything that's part of contract so given that we are in middle of terminating this. I wouldn't waste my time to write this but def. Wanted to point this out so it's a lesson learned and something that can be avoided had our board reviewed this in adv.

Stay Clear! Team Management is a terrible property management company and needs complete restructuring or shut down all together. If Jodi Philips is your property manager good luck on getting in touch with her or getting any help. Her unprofessionalism is unparalleled. It will be hard for you to find someone else that is as terrible as she is. Additionally, if you live within a Team Management property be prepared to pay $600 to verify that your HOA dues are up to date if you decide to sell your home. Yes, Team Management will charge you $600 or more to verify that you are current / up-to-date with your HOA if you sell your home. You should also know that this is only valid for 30 days. So if for any reason you do not sell within 30 days you will have to pay this amount again. Team Management charged my wife and I this fee and because we had to go beyond 30 days for the sale of our home they forced us to pay this amount again. No sympathy or option to not pay this amount twice. And all of this happened during the middle of COVID19! We explained to Team Management that we had to extend our closing date because of COVID19 and still nothing. This company is terrible! They charge fees that are unreasonable and provide terrible service. RUN AWAY FROM TEAM MANAGEMENT!

I have had trouble communicating with this group. Unanswered emails, rudeness and "accounting mistakes" that I had to pursue doggedly in order to get resolved. The worst experience I have had with Team Management was their representative telling me that something spelled out in the CC&Rs wasn't their responsibility. Where do you go with that? Also, there is no way to report a violation than to send a personal email? I realize that to Team Management, home owners are nothing more than a funding source, but to a home owner, the HOA is the single way we have to protect our investment. I wish Team Management would treat us as the latter instead of the former.

Attention all Home Owners Association. Did you take a moment to read all the review and complain about Team Management. And what home owners are going through living in a Sub Division where this dirty company is managing. We all have to come together and find a top notch Attorney and file a Law Suit for trillions of dollars for Aggravation , Harassment, racial Discrimination. And Invading In Home Owner Privacy. I am ready to battle with the Company in the court of law. Such a company should never exist To harass law biding home owners. I have notice Every sub division they are managing. Home owners have to sell their home and move away. They should think and believe that there is a God watching them what they are doing. These people are not human.

Team Management helped our HOA save thousands of dollars, assisted us with enforcing our covenants and helped us set maintenance goals. Before Team our Boards were super informal and kept very few records. There were "growing pains" during the 5 years Team managed us, but overall the experience was great for our community. Sadly, a new Board took over in December and terminated our contract with Team. Unfortunately, the new Board was in such a hurry to get rid of all the old vendors they didn't give Team the required notice. Now we are stuck paying two property management companies for God knows how long.

Thank you to Team Management and Christine Swenson for a job well done in organizing and finalizing the re-stripping of the parking spaces of our 100+ units. The job was executed seamlessly.
