When i was injured in july the team here was very acceptable to me and my needs and assured that i would be well taken care of. And i was they made sure that i was able to fully heal correctly and also made sure at every appointment that i was making progress and if there was no progress at that time other options were given to make sure that i was able to make the progress necessary to get back to a regular life.
The actual care I received from the practitioners was great. The problem is billing and record keeping. From my first appointment there was confusion about what I had to pay. It changed from session to session. Eventually I was quoted an out of pocket rate which I paid at sessions only to later receive a bill and realize they had billed my insurance as well. I called to correct this, they confirmed I made the payment and that this was an error but continued to send me bills and did not return my calls to attempt to correct the error. They have now sent me to collections for their error which is an act of insurance fraud. I wish I had never sought care here. It is definitely not worth it. Go elsewhere.
The PTs and practitioners here are great, but their record keeping, clerical work, responsibility and due diligence, etc is beyond abysmal. There are other good PT offices that do not make a headache for your life and can actually handle the clerical side. Unfortunately, records keeping is extremely important in the medical world for continuing care and for insurance claims! Avoid like the plague!
Lynne has helped me out multiple times now. Her assessment is always spot on and she does a great job explaining what's going on with my body. The knowledge combined with the take home exercises give me the tools to maximize the benefits from each treatment. I always leave here feeling better and wonder why I didn't come sooner! The staff is always really friendly and helpful too. This place is a highly effective, affordable resource for taking care of my body.
Everyone here is extremely helpful, friendly, encouraging, and work well as a team! I came in with extreme back pain from an auto accident. The team has taken the time not only with the physical therapy, message, and chiropractic help, but just the time to explain what they are doing and how the body heals. I am grateful for such a wonderful team and I highly recommend team rehab.
This is a great rehab facility that helped me with my own neck and back injuries, with a team approach. These caring physical therapists know what they're doing. Highly recommended.
Dr. St. Cue is an amazing clinician, I am so glad to have him as my chiropractor. All of the staff I have encountered are respectful and present themselves as very professional.
Every business has a face and Team Rehab of Gateway does have one named Tiffany she is very kind and provides professional attention towards each patient. I really liked her presence at the front desk she was always in a great mood and made my day so much better. I like the concept they have there when you go you have a couple types of treatments which made my outcome excellent. The whole team was fantastic everyone is friendly and very well trained. Thank you Tiffany and all the staff at Team Rehab of Gateway.
Gateway Chiropractic and its entire staff are fantastic. The doctors, the front desk and assistants know their stuff and are ready to help you however you need them to. Very comfortable setting and their knowledge leaves you feeling very confident, I would recommend everyone to Gateway Chiropractic. Also, the location of the office is very convenient. Thank you all for everything!
I have suffered with chronic plantar fasciitis for years. This current episode has been ongoing for 4 months with a fair amount of pain this time. After a couple weeks of treatment, I finally feel hopeful as I have noticed a slight improvement these past couple of days. It is hard to explain how discouraging it can be to experience pain with every step with virtually no relief. I finally feel hopeful/encouraged after several months of suffering. I would completely recommend them to any and all my friends and family.
