This is my 6th Toyota vehicle. The 5th I got specifically from this location. They have always been very helpful, kind, and supportive. Getting us the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford. My resent visit I met Jeremy Wood! We had a lot of fun running the numbers, first for the Tundra I wanted, then for the Tacoma I wanted and could afford. This was a stellar experience and I felt like I made 2 new friends in the process. Jeremy Wood and John B. Correction 3 new friends My Shiny new Tacoma! Thank you guys! The sales department at team Toyota is awesome. First let me say they are not charging “mark ups” over msrp for their local customers, where many dealers are trying to take advantage of customers. I bought my 2022 tacoma 2 months ago from here and was kept up to date on the ordering and delivery process of my truck. They just make buying a vehicle easy. Ask for Hamid he’s a great salesman, straight up honest and takes care of his customers. The management team Shannon and harshaan were friendly and willing to help answer questions as well.

My husband and I had a great experience here. Austen was great as our sales person. We felt very comfortable dealing with him and he made the process as simple, clear, friendly, and efficient as it could be. I wish I could say the experience with the finance department was as easy and comfortable. They made me feel like if we did not buy additional warranty packages that we were going to have expensive repairs with a brand new car that would cost us thousands of dollars and not be covered by the warranties it comes with. The main reason we invested in a brand new car is so that we don’t have to worry about repairs and problems with it for at least a couple years. But again Austin is great and we would definitely buy another car from him!

Team Toyota has a customer for life here. My salesman Devin is absolutely the best! He got me into a brand new Toyota at a very low interest rate. Corey the finance manager was awesome as well. They explained everything so well. The atmosphere is so nice and welcoming as well. The whole process of trading in my old car and getting into my new suv didn’t take the whole day like I’m used to. I just can’t say enough good things about Team.

Matt Singleton was awesome, he helped me get exactly what I wanted in my new RAV4 and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Matt remained professional, kept me up to date, responded timely to all of my emails and kept the car buying process fun rather than stressful! I would highly recommend, 5 stars for sure!

Avoid this dealer at all cost. I inquired about a vehicle through their online database and got an email saying “Hi Eric, My name is Shannon Cross, and I am a Sales Manager here at Team Toyota of Glen Mills. I wanted to thank you for your interest in our 2023 Toyota RAV4. Unfortunately the vehicle you inquired about is already sold to another customer but we can discuss the ordering process with you. Your salesperson will be following up soon but I wanted to give you a second person of contact here at Team. Thank you so much for your time, and we look forward to hearing from you!” I attempted to reach out to the dealer multiple times and got no response. Avoid this dealer at all cost and do not deal with them.

Jeff was very helpful in showing us different vehicles. He kept us up to date on each level of our vehicle until delivery. The office staff expedited the paperwork so we were in and out. The prep and cleaning of the vehicle was immaculate! Glad we chose Team Toyota of Glen Mills for our new Highlander.

I had a really great experience with both Matt Singleton and Nick. They were very helpful with the whole car buying and financing experience. Matt didn't put any pressure on me when it came to the car buying. He was super professional and helped get me the type of car I was looking for. A++ to both gentlemen for all of their assistance through the entire car buying experience.
