TEBE Limekrete Concrete Design

We had our patio expanded and a Pebblestone Coating overlay applied about 8 years ago. The Pebblestone looked fantastic when new but began to fail in a few years and we could find no one in the Houston area that could restore it. We ultimately had the Pebblestone removed down to the concrete so we could start over. We contacted 5-6 companies to quote us on applying a new surface finish. We looked at several options and ultimately decided to go with a concrete overlay. We liked the option of a hand carved pattern vs a stamped pattern. I contacted TEBE LimeKrete and Marco came to our home, listened to our wants for the project and provided us with a fair quotation. He advised that they could do several things that other companies said couldn’t be done. We elected to proceed with TEBE LimeKrete. On the day the job was to begin, Guillermo and his crew went over our expectations for the project to make sure we were all on the same page. The job was completed in two days. When the job was finished they did an outstanding job of cleanup leaving our house and patio spotless. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Wanted a patio that was completely non skid for the kids. We had stamped concrete put in 10 years ago but it was slippery when wet. These guys were amazing! Their product is a crushed limestone and it is naturally non skid!! It is way better than the non skid additive we would add to our concrete sealer. It doesn’t absorb heat so with the sun shining on it all day, it’s not hot at all! Our concrete used to get hot!! Guillermo is an absolute artist! He was patient with us and worked with us on the color until we were 100% happy. The guys worked hard until sometimes after 8pm. They had attention to detail and were great to work with. Overall, if I had known about this product before we did the stamped concrete 10 years ago, I never would’ve done stamped. This limestone is far superior and this is the company to go with for quality work. We had many quotes and these guys are the best. Family owned and operated. They take pride in their work. Some of the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. But above all, the product speaks for itself! Thank you guys!!

Out of 10 estimates, we hired Tebe Conkrete, Concrete Resurfacing Pros, to extend our outdoor space and replace the existing old dirty small and run down cracking flagstone courtyard that was actually installed directly on the ground. They demolished the entire existing attached patio and flagstone section and designed a much larger outdoor living space creating for us the space we desired. The new patio is a brand new concrete slab with hand carved flagstone overlay. We are completely happy excited and totally satisfied with the outcome. Marc, Tebe ConKrete LLC’s sales representative and business partner, is professional, very kind, knowledgeable and respectful. He made sure that our project was completed on time and as scheduled completing the work in advance of our scheduled date. Guillermo “The Artist”, and business partner, is a master at hand carving whatever shape you desire. He was very easy to work with and would explain the process of each step to include sampling to make sure it’s what you want. He is also very helpful giving you a helpful eye for design and color giving you his honest opinions if needed. I would call him the Master of concrete resurfacing! I have to mention that Tebe Conkrete’s crew is one of the cleanest crew I have ever worked with. Our lawn was not disturbed which was one of my concerns, and all dust and grind was cleaned away. They completely cleaned up everything. Totally impressed!!

Our experience with TEBE Limekrete installing a decorative overlay for our new patio was absolutely first-rate. From the initial estimate work with Mark, to the installation, I could not recommend them highly enough. Absolutely AMAZING! When I say AMAZING, I sincerely mean AMAZING! Guillermo and his crew did our pool decking, and the results were definitely worth waiting while finishing pool/spa/fire pit construction for. We were referred to TEBE Limekrete by a friend of ours. Guillermo came over and went over his product, pricing, and other important information. He also showed us homes in the area where he had completed previous projects. Although we were impressed, we continued to get other bids for comparison. However, after meeting with 7 other companies, it was something about Guillermo that stood out. So, we decided to hire his company. In all fairness, when it comes to home construction projects, I am extremely skeptical and it takes a lot to make me feel comfortable and to impress me. I am a stickler about effective communication and I don't believe in wasting time. If you say you're going to be at our home on a particular day and at a particular time, please be courteous enough to follow through or at least, call. Once we were ready to begin our decking project, Guillermo stayed in contact with us, letting us know when he anticipated beginning our project based upon completion of current projects and weather. The day before our project began, Guillermo called me with an estimated time of arrival, and on the day our project began he was at our home and on time! WINNER! He was very consistent and stayed in contact with us, and throughout completion. Even on the days when heavy rain was expected, he called us early in the morning and shared his tentative plans with us, and he always was very efficient and timely. He and his crews worked so hard on our project, and to see it go from plain concrete to a beautiful masterpiece was AMAZING! Thinking about how they do most of their work by hand, in comparison to other companies who use stencils and other tools, confirmed that we made the right decision in choosing TEBE Limekrete. We know that our decking is complimentary to us, and to the vision that we had at the start of this project. Aside from the quality of work being performed, the single most important thing to us was that we wanted to match our decking to our pool coping. We wanted it look seamless, as though the same materials were used. During the project, Guillermo made us sample boards to choose from. We made the selection, but during the project, we felt as though we needed to make a slight adjustment. Without hesitation, Guillermo and his crew took our vision, made it happen, and we achieved the exact look that we were going for! *Meanwhile, all of the other companies informed us that it wasn't possible to achieve a seamless look. Common sense speaking, we know that achieving a 100% match is difficult, because different materials are being used. However, a 95% match is still exceptionally AMAZING! We recently hired TEBE LIMEKRETE Concrete Design company Guillermo and his team to perform hand-carve stone overlay job on recently built Outdoor Patio and Kitchen floor concrete. Guillermo provided very competitive quote in comparison to another independent contractor’s quote. Project started on time and concluded on time as committed during job quotation process. From project start to finish, I have received an excellent customer service from Guillermo and his team. Most of the time when job is done and payment is made, it is difficult to deal with small companies when time comes to honor warranty or follow up on a job as committed in the contract however that’s not the case with this company. After hand-carve stone overlay job done, within a month I experienced discoloration on the floor surface particularly on the dark color stones. I called Guillermo to come take a look at the issue. He was able to follow up with in a week and resolve the issue just by washing the floor. After removing discoloration which was caused by neighbor new pool project, hand-carve stone overlay surface is looking brand new again. I highly recommend doing business with TEBE LIMEKRETE Concrete Design company for any type hand-carve stone overlay project. You won’t be dis-appointed with the quality of the work these folks bring to the table.

We recently had Guillermo and his team extend our patio as well as add a sidewalk down to our gate. They showed up on time, were easy to work with/get a hold of and they kept the back yard clean as they worked. We have two big dogs, so keeping things tidy in the backyard is key otherwise they might chew up something important! We love our new patio, the colors are perfect and coordinate with the brick/exterior. They cleaned up as they went were very courteous the whole time.
